Your PlayNC and CoH account names may also be different, make sure you're using your CoH account name, not your PlayNC account name.

Hi i bought an aion account and got a free trial of city of heroes yesterday, ive activated it all correctly on the account page and downloaded it from the link they gave me but when i try and log in it says my username or password is incorect, but i clicked the button that used my account user and pass for the game aswell.
Is this a known issue? can anyone help?
