Cost of the click would be your hit points, not your endurance.
Think of how Oppressive Gloom charges you hit points instead of extra endurance to stun your enemies, or how Energy Transfer costs you hit points to do more damage. Or, Absorb Pain, I suppose.
This would be purely an Endurance for Health sort of thing. I've had occasions when I'd gladly make the trade.
I wouldn't object to a future power like that if it was appropriate for the set's theme. But beyond that, it would seem inferior to the current endurance replenishing tools as they do damage or debuff foes or heal you *and* give you endurance.

If it makes thematic sense for a new powerset, I wouldn't be against it (it better be worth it, though!). But I think the currently existing ones are very good as is, and definitely wouldn't want any changed.

Oh, I'm not suggesting a change to any existing powers or powersets. I'd just prefer future powersets do more than just give yet another Energy Drain or conserve Power, nice as those are.
Though I do think Electricity armour should get the same +health benefits as Energy Aura. The two sets have some of the same problems, but I suppose Elec at least covers Toxic and psi damage. Anyway, that's for a different thread, if any, for people to mock. :P

It's not +Health, but Elec come i16 will be getting a pretty sexy self heal in the form of Energize (replacing Conserver Power, does -end cost, +regen, and +heal). It has twice the recharge of Recon (so 1 minute with standard SO/common IO slotting), and a 30 second duration for the +regen/-end cost (so easy to get 50% uptime... making Power Sink seem almost skippable!

I'm not exactly sure why , but a lot of people seem have mistakenly read "villains can't get the powers re-ordered" as "villains can't have the new power."

Yup. They couldn't move the power on villainside because Electric Armor was an already existing set and it would have broken quite a few builds. Nothing stopping them from replacing Conserver Power with Energize on all toons that had it though.
Since Electric Armor heroes didn't exist they could do whatever they wanted with power ordering without hurting anything.

Okay, so there's Speedboost, that boosts recovery, and Accelerate Metabolism, that does that to a lesser degree as an aoe on a longer timer. But what I'm talking about is more like a Reconstruction (self-heal) with the heal being applied to endurance.
+End to self: +25 endurance, 10.4% health cost, 60 second recharge
+End to another: +25.8 endurance, 13% health cost, 4 second recharge
+End to all near: 13.2 endurance, 13% health cost, 8 second recharge
Numbers adapted from Reconstruction, Heal Other, and Healing Aura, respectively.
In all likelihood the recharge would be different on the grant-others power, and the amount would vary according to archetype for amount granted, but I still like the power idea.
Anyway, just a thought I had of a power that could be in some future powerset.
