There are plenty of places to find teams, apart from the AE buildings of course!!!

Must admit I've not really had any problems teaming. Normally I start the teams myself and even on a new alt in Atlas I still find people wanting to head into the sewers... Plus being in a good SG helps.
Dont worry, issue 16 will bring people out of the AE and into the sunlight again.
The main problem is they dont know how to use the Find Team feature all these new...people have been draged into the AE building as fillers and dont have the usual experiances we had in searching for the greyed out names in our level range and /pm them to ask if there is any space free.
My main trick was to search for tankers in my level range who were in teams as alot of the time they have the lead =D

Union is already the highest pop server EU side has to offer. I think the OP is just playing at odd hours or people are really just farming AE.

I don't have any problem finding TF teams, but finding team for regular missions is harder than before, especially on higher levels (there is still lot of people doing sewers and radios in KR and even in Steel).
On higher levels there are usually not enough people interested in teaming in level range to form new team and when asking those already in teams they are either doing TF or are in AE.
Hope that new SK system in I16 will overcome that.
