The Cape is rightfully pretty popular over on Virtue. Good people, too; I've been lucky enough to play with Crypto and Angel on occasion. They host in-game events for supergroups and generally have a decent-to-great selection of music, depending on who's picking out the tunes.
FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.
Other than the Cape, there's also Storm Radio and KJSR.net.
As a DJ on KJSR.NET I'd like to say consider giving us a try. Even when we don't have a live DJ (which isn't often) we always have our AutoDJ playing music 24-7, and he's an artificial intelligence.

I just use the actual radio in my office. Occasionally, I run WinAmp, or my MP3 player thorugh a set of speakers that are powered by a USB port. *shrugs*
