Time to finish fixing Invulnerability

I think what would be a good finishing touch for Invuln tweaking, is changing around Resist Energies and Invincibility. This would allow Scrappers to get Invincibility at 20 and Tankers to get it at 12.

It's not really needed, but would surely help Invuln tankers with keeping aggro pre-18.

I'm in the camp of folks that believe Invy doesn't really need tweaking. I've got four or five Invy Tankers (Lvls range from 20s to 50) and at least one Invy brute (high 30s) and I am happy with the survivability of all of them. My Invy/Fire has some issues but she's in her low 30s just now and only running SOs so that should improve as she levels and is able to afford IOs.

That probably would be the best thing, other than swapping RPD and TI. However, swapping power order seems to be a BIG thing to do (not sure why, if it's just a dev philosophy like the cottage rule, or if it's a lot of work, or what), as the devs don't do it very much.

It's (probably) not so much that switching powers around is a lot of work (I highly think it's not), but that the necessary respeccing needed to be doled out to Inv characters (and only Inv characters) is time consuming. It's easier to give respecs to all Tankers or all players, I'd imagine.

However, if Gauntlet or some other inherent part of the Tanker AT changed, I could see slipping in some order swapping as possible. A lot of changes happened during the recent Dom changes (though notably, powers weren't moved around, just heavily modified).

They've done two power order switches for Tanks that I recall.

They switched one of the attacks with Taunt (I *think* it was the current T3) for all tanks so they would have access to attacks earlier.

Then, after much complaining from Mace tanks, they switched the order of Clobber (then the T3) with Jawbreaker (then the T6). That was back before Clobber did any kind of damage, so it was truly painful to level a WM tank--you had to wait until level 24 to have access to 3 useful attacks.

I don't recall whether they gave out special respecs in either case, maybe someone else here does. But IMO, the obvious thing to do is to make the switch as a part of an issue where they're going to give out freespecs anyway.

I think the early Axe attacks switched positions too, or was that just names?

Just the names, since they better match the anims of the powers they are now on.

I'm glad you remember, I thought we were going to have to call up the ghost of the Maltese Knight!

Ok, my final offer.

Switch Temp Invuln and Resist Physical Damage, and rename Temp Invuln "Bulletproof". I think someone else suggested the name earlier, I don't remember.

I wasn't making an offer to the Devs, I was making an offer to the thread. It was just an expression.

I'm perfectly happy with the set as is, doesn't need a change.

I was just saying what I would change, if a change was to be made.

Besides, it's switching the order of two powers, it's something to scrappers and brutes, tho not all that much in the long run, and it's nothing to tanks at all. And a name change. Hardly a huge buff I've suggested.

I stand by my statement that Temp Invulnerability should be renamed Bulletproof.
