Hey let me in on this event as well. I currently have a lvl 42 Warshade with the name Thunderous Eclipse.
I will get her copied over to the test server as soon as a date is set. Hopefully I can get another level or 2 before then.
Most weeknights work for me, and I can probably get on during the weekend if given a bit of advance notice.

Unfortunately the character copy tool seems to be down, I've been trying to copy my Warshade over for 3 days now. If I can't get him copied in time I suppose I can attend the event on another toon and just answer questions for all the fans. It'll be sad to miss all that kheld awesome-sauce but I'm sure there will be some nice videos on Youtube of it

Just so you all know I have at least 500+ runs of ITF experience, so even if I can't get my WS copied over I can still aid the teams with tips and information on the missions. Hopefully the character copy tool will be back up by the time we run this event and I'll be able to join in, but as I've said before even If I don't get my Warshade over in time I'll still attend and help out forming the teams etc.

I haven't really been able to create any interest among friends who don't play Kheldians, definitely not enough interest so that they'd bother with installing the Test Server client, even though it's merely a copy of the regular install directory with a different link. 
Anyone else had better luck, because I know I'm not the world's greatest RP guy?
Honestly, if we don't care about trying to get people to come watch or talk to us there, we could do it this weekend, or whenever really... 
I believe that a Kheldian Gold Standard should be based on SO's, and for anything above that... there's Platinum!

I just found out that I'll be working on Saturday from 9am to 3pm, so I'm not available this weekend during those times, but other than that, the rest of my weekend's free...

LOL this is getting complicated, and to be honest, I was hoping there would be at least 16 actual people showing up to participate so we could at least have two alternating AKITF's and some Test Server fans who want to ask us about what it's like being a Kheldian and all that jazz...
EDIT :: I'll try to talk to PBCates this Thursday and see if we can arrange an actual Event notice posted on the appropriate forum.
