The wikia link is the non maintained one.

Thanks for all the replies. I got the badges and the accolade. I did what a lot of you suggested, street sweeping. I had no problem as I'm already lvl50.

You are half right. wiki.cohtitan.com was the direct link. www.paragonwiki.com is the pointer. It used to point to the old wikia site, and we were told not to use it until they could get the pointers switched over to the new page. The pointers were switched many issues ago, so it's definitely safe to use the paragonwiki links again. It's easier to remember/type-in also. lol. It's specifically just the wikia addresses that bring you to the wrong place.

I think a few of us checked to re-verify this morning. All the wolves are part of a small Council group called the Warwolves and they all count for the badge, regardless if their name says Warwolf or not.
