Highest DPS Blaster possible?

There was a topic awhile ago on the DPS of an Elec/Elec, and someone cited Fire/Elec as having the best possible chain. I've been playing around in Mids trying to squeeze the most out of this build, and want to know what I could change to make this better. I threw Rain of Fire and Hot Feet in as ways of doing damage that wouldn't interfere with the chain. There may be a few small gaps, but BU/Aim/Surveillance/Rain should serve as filler for those tiny gaps. And yes, I did roll this character. Anything missing?

EDIT: I should mention that the chain, as I'd (like to) see it, uses Charged Brawl, Havoc, and Blaze

Congratulations you're at 203% global recharge

Edit: Do you never plan on being exemplared down? This would not be a fun character to run a positron task force on.

Not planning to exemp often on this one, no. Thanks, this will work great. Any holes in the chain that were there are gone now.

Looks pretty jaw-dropping in the damage department. To nitpick, Rain of Fire will interfere with your attack chain.

On the other hand, it looks like a pushover to kill. Would not want to play this build despite the amazing damage.

You know, I did notice that. I wonder why RoF has such a low DPA, even if every single tic hits. Oh well, it's muling a set and it gives him an AoE option. And it's basically the only decent migitation he has.

Wow. How the heck do you people afford these builds? Maybe it's just my altaholism that's keeping me from really pumping out the inf.

It's never fun to run a Positron task force.

WRONG !

if you try with a team of 3 or 4 it's a nice task force ... long but nice

and if you want to do it with a full team, it's like the League of Losers ^^ dying everywhere, running away from CoTs ... LOVE IT
I admit that it's a better adventure with SGmates or people you know but still, the biggest challenge hero-side

Have run it sub 90 mins with 2,3,4 on the team and my toon only has 2 IOs. I run this for fun/merits on a fairly regular basis on my fire/EM (perma 17 with a full set of 20 SOs). Try doing a Dr Q in that time ...

2 blasters with all the AoE they can get asap in early levels and an FF. Goes pretty fast if the FF have taken and slotted PFF to lead out hostages. My best time is 1.5 hours.

I have to agree. I was on one the other night with a team of 8, 6 were 10-12, 1 was 14, the other 17. Plenty of deaths, but what a level fest. Battles were challenging, but I find Positrons to be one of the best Task Forces. I think you really get to see a character develop, and when you near the end and are lvl 15, those groups that made you cringe at the start are now 'not so bad'.

I really like when people are leveling on the TFs, especially that one. I find it great to see the teammates who started off dying all the time, and missing lots to having powers hit, and showing off new powers they have picked up during. (not as much fun as Synapse where people generally pick all 3 powers from the fitness pool, and really dont seem to add much flash or pizzaz to the team)

I have a blast on a Positron, and if I have the time I will almost always join one starting. I find that TF a great way to meet people and develop some comradery due to the difficulty.
