I agree completely. I have a problem with summoning tornado in one fight where it's needed and forgetting about it as I move forward, resulting in it jumping forward into the next group. Sure it's mostly my fault, but it would happen much less often if there was a clear graphic for it.
I'd also like it to be changed to knockup instead of knockback like waterspout has, but that's a different discussion.

My vote for something far more visible like Waterspout or Scirroco's power.. This should have been done years ago.
