Well, there isn't really a villain section, there are the Archetype forums where you can find the different AT's and you can change the colour of the forum to a more villainous red but I believe that's about it.

There used to be a CoV forum a long time ago, but it was underused and eventually merged into the 'General Discussion' forum.
As a side note, does anyone know if there is a city of villains background (version) to the new forums, like the red version of the old blue hero forums? I always liked using that version of the old forums.

Yeah no separate forums for Villains anymore. Just change to the color to red and feel more villainous.

Personally, I liked using the CoH backdrop with the Villain skin, until I realized that the villain url seemed to be more stable. Then I simply moved completely to the Villain urls.
Now, there doesn't seem to be any cosmetic difference at all, as the background is included in the skinning preference. As for stability, I couldn't even get the villain url to log me in correctly, and now they finally changed it to redirect to the hero url anyway. lol

. If you already use Firefox, it's not hard to use the skins he developed. You add an add-in that enables overriding the forum's styles and use either his hero or villain skin. They recreate the old red or blue color themes and make the forums more readable and more usable in about a dozen ways.EDIT: I was actually put off by the name "Zombie Skin" initially. Didn't want background images of rotting corpses. But that's just a reference to his forum handle. The color themes are basically improved versions of what we had in the old forums.
Freedom: Blazing Larb, Fiery Fulcrum, Sardan Reborn, Arctic-Frenzy, Wasabi Sam, Mr Smashtastic.
Go to User CP > Edit Options and scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will see the option to view the forum default, the Heroes skin or the Villains skin.
If you want more customization than that use Zombie's methods linked in his sig above.
I think the simple answers is villains just don't deserve any special treatment at all

this is a lame question im sorry i know, but i cant seem to find the Villains forum or Section... it always takes me a while to get used to a new forum, if you could point me in the right direction that would be great...
