After a conversation this morning about the hassle of going to your contact for missions i came up with this little idea.........

As soon as you get a new contact you have the ability to use the phone and save going back to them .I am not sure how it would work as i know that they are set to give your their number after a certain number of missions , but hey i am not a programmer

Another suggestion if the above was not do-able was a contact TP like any others i guess this would have a 30 minute timer.

Both are interesting and I don't see any way they'd screw with the game balance.

I've suggested a "Little Black Book" reward in the past. With this, you get the phone numbers of all contacts in the game and can call them at will. The ones that are in your level range are in your "active contact" tab. They'll all talk to you without you having to go see them in person, even once, because they can sense that you're a "very old soul".

Well, barring one or two contacts - ok, most of Independence Port - I don't generally see the contacts as a hassle. (There are some IP contacts I haven't run in literally years.)

That said, this doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Edit: Looks like you have a two cat approval rating on this so far. >.>

I had a similar idea for this. Basically any contact gives the phone number right away. I even had an idea for the name: Super Friends. :P

Bill - it's not IP it's those in Brickstown and Founders that are the real problem ones. I had one in Bricks as I recall, that NEVER ONCE sent me to a mission IN bricks. Then of course there's Crimson and Indigo who literally have you running each other's missions. The only saving grace here is that the base transporters to their zones (FF and PI) open you up right near them.

Bricks and Founders don't bother me, actually. IP, though - come out of the tram and see you have whatserface way down on the south, or the one guy on the other side of the zone with nothing else around.... tells you how much I run them, I can't even think of their names. And then there's the cape mission talk-to contact way north by the Natural store (which I also don't think O've gone to in years there.)

This is a sound idea. It would be more useful if you could access the store from the cellphone interface.

1. All badge become global. So if one of your toons has it, all of yours do.

2. Be able to unlock Capes/Auras at any level (or at least be able to skip the mission)

3.Get our costume slots at any level

Being a vet of 63 months, I have more alts then I can count and I have done the Costume missions, Aura and Cape mission more times then I care to count. This wouldnt be game breaking and just a very nice perk imo.
