IRON's website runs under a similar board. It'd be nice if we could do our own HTML entries, but hey.

Yeah it still just feels so odd.. How the heck do you tell if there are un read messages in a thread? And where to do you set it to jump to the first unread message instead of the top of the thread? Bleh...
I hope I can fit more info in my sig now. Will have to play w/ that tomorrow And where are my emoticon pictures?? :crazy:

A topic with a new post has an open envelope with a piece of paper sticking out it.

Ok, figured out the time thing, figured out my avatar, I now see how to tell when there are new messages in a thread... but how do you get it to accept the fact that you've now read those new messages? It's still showing threads for me that I've read as being new messages. Blargh this is ugly

If you are done browsing for the night, you can reset the entire CoH forum as read by clicking on "Quick Links" at the top, and selecting "Mark Forums Read".

And another question, how can I tell who emails are from without opening them up? Right now all I see is just the title. If I'm scanning my saved emails say for instructions from Mr. E-man on a TF, how can I find it quicker? hmmmmmmmm

When the only thread you pay attention to is 337 pages in the new board it's a tad annoying to need to click twice to get to new posts.
I can also tell I'll be disabling signature views fairly quickly.
