With Domination and Drain Psyche the build should not be hard pressed to get Dark Consumption and for a level 50 dom it would only matter when exemping to, say, level 45 anyway which happens seldomly enough.
But, yeah, with my playstyle I would definitely go for more damage in Fire Cages and keep Mind Probe. Maneuvers I see as an expensive solution to the old "I have this one power choice left with but a single slot" problem. I would not actually use the power in most cases, but a bit more recharge is better than taking any other power I won't use.

Could grab Stealth instead of Maneuvers, if you want to slot LOTG, or Assault would give more benefit if you can spare the End to run it.

Thank you Praf for taking the time out to do that.

Sorry i didnt reply quicker,was on the end of a 15 hour day yesterday before i could check the forums.

That build is going to give me some nice regen but i'll loose the perma domination/global recharge and i cant take tactics without maneuvers.

Still not sure if thats's a good thing or a bad thing at the moment especially with the cost involved in a respec.

I think i'm going to have to bite the bullet and ignore perma dom just to see if it now makes the fire/psi a viable dominator again.

I think,from what others are saying too,i need to ignore the "Leadership pool" as the drain on endurance now is pretty crippling as i cant take Tactics without Maneuvers.

No problem.

For issue 15 doms the build trade off for permadom probably isn't worth it. You should never find yourself without a power to use with that build, but it is much more damage oriented build than you are used to. I wouldn't respec to it without trying it on test first, to see how it plays.

Oh, and the Fortunata Seer pet has Tactics...

I like it. With recent changes in effect there is hardly a reason to actually miss out on something good in order to make permadom possible. My level 50 mind/psi dom is currently in a non-permadom spec and she is a beast. Tried her yesterday in a Barracuda SF, now that Zukunft is finally online for I15.
