Thing is doc, the ulterior has a mesh underlay look and differing chest patterns, there is no overlapping plate effects. I see the similarities but its not ulterior as I see it.

Yes, it's part of issue 15.
It's a 4 piece set.
Its a bit like a cross between Ulterior, the chiten armour plates, and the EX-proto parts
I wonder if it could be part of a upcoming vet reward.
Could very well be some early version of ulterior, or a sneak peek at something that'll come (science booster is a good guess) eventually.

I guess its part of a Booster pack, we'll have to pay for, while the vines and Ulterion sets are less detailed free parts.

Heh Character Creation tool gone wacky is my best bet. It doesn't recognize Baggy top model 2 and replace it with first one on one of my saved costumes.
I've also got an unseen costume option a few months ago: female muscle. Unfortunately, I was just able to apply it to two toons, and one of them lost the option next time I let her visit the tailor.

I think that was just a texture problem/bug (it was pointing to the male arm texture or something). It only occured with those sleeves, and the forearm (covered by gloves in your pictures) didn't have it so it clashed a bit and made those sleeves not fit very well if you had bare hands or smaller gloves. Personally I'm glad they fixed it.

Well, I'm aware that it might be a texture reference "bug", and that it force me to use full length gloves and a certain type of sleeves. But female muscle is an important option in many character designs, and a limited function like this one is imho better than none at all.

During a tailor session on the LIVE Server I tried to load one of my costume-data as I got the costume-piece error message. On Error correction, the game always suggests sometimes diffrent costume pieces. Well, this time I got something very new! I checked every possible unlockables, vereran, vanguard etc. This ist absolutly new to me.
I am unable to load the upper-torso-piece, because it only apears on the loading pre-screen. On loading it, it changes again to a standart piece.

I wounder if anybody knows something about it. After not matching the Ulterion or other new costume set describtions i guess it is maybe part of the Superscience Booster-Pack?!
Don't know. At least it was on the Live servers after all.
