Same with Recluse's Victory and all other Atlas variants (active city ones at least).
That's what Atlas used to have before the Aution House went up. I remember my first halloween event roaming round that skyscraper with my AR/Dev blaster.

So I'm almost 50 on my Veat and M. Dessock tells me to go slap Statesman around a bit. Which I do - with more than a bit of glee.
We have to take a helicopter over to Atlas and there he is delivering a monologue to not quite all and sundry from teh steps of City Hall.
Then it occurs to me: Where the Auction House should be is a skyscraper. Where the AE building is there's another skyscraper.
Have I mysteriously crossed into a new dimension where there's no Inventions? Then why is Statesman ranting about the dangers of Proliferation? Because that's what he is doing. It doesn't make sense and strikes me as a continuity blooper of massive proportions.
Granted, I can't blame them for not having the AE building there but the AH has been in game long enough the mission maps should have been updated.
Or am I being too harsh.... have I missed a bit where I am transported to a different time line to defeat this particular statesman?
Well either way it left me (and a few of my team) confused.
