How does tickets drop, really?
Im not sure what the ticket drop rates are really, it seems to change rapidly.
My guess is that the mission complete bonus is obviously the number of objectives on the map. More objectives to complete = more ticket bonus.
One question that does raise a concern though is this, what was the ratio of YOU completing the mission objectives compared to the other player? (seeing if this affects it in any shape or form)
Also i find in teams that you need to pick missions which isnt full of mostly minions (since you'll get barely any that way) to get a healthy amount.

In my experience, the mission complete bonus is equal to the number of tickets you've gotten from defeating enemies. So if (for example) you've earned 174 tickets from combat during the mission, you get 174 more when it's completed.
There is an entry in Paragon Wiki for the mission architect tickets which covers the mission bonus rewards.
The algorithm for a single ticket drop is a different matter though.

SingStar, just thought I'd ask if you've tried the Vista hotfix (if you're running Vista of course) to solve your crashing issues? There a thread on it somewhere here.

Yeah, I can see the connection to mission objectives... Was a load of hostages to free, and I was the one freeing them all, but the other guy killed everything around them.
So me running in, stealing the mission objective from him, got the end-mission bonus. Makes sense, just like you get more tickets soloing also makes sense! Yeah, let's make a MMO game that rewards egoistic behaviour and soloing.
Sigh!
(And yeah, know of the hotfix, but still ty for telling me)

Nope.

There is a rather large Ticket Bonus for completing the mission (in place of the Influence bonus for mission completes) which is equivalent to the number of tickets earned during the mission after multipliers. According to Synapse, the later missions in an arc offer an increasing bonus multiplier:
* Mission 1: x1.0
* Mission 2: x1.05
* Mission 3: x1.1
* Mission 4: x1.15
* Mission 5: x1.2
The more you do in the mission, the larger the bonus. If the mission was just one click, then you'll get no or maybe just one Ticket. If it was a huge kill-all with lots of bosses, the mission complete Ticket bonus is rather large.
So the biggest ticket drops would come from finishing the final mission of a 5 mission arc in which you defeated everything

"equivalent to the number of tickets earned during the mission after multipliers" means that the tickets recieved by a player at the end corresponds to how many they got during a mission. In a regular mission luck would mean one player could get ten salvage drops and another player gets none. It's the same with tickets
PLayer one gets 100 tickets during a mission and gets a 100 ticket bonus.
Player two gets 66 tickets during a mission and gets a 66 ticket bonus.
Player three gets 50 tickets during a mission and gets a 50 ticket bonus.
You don't get tickets or ticket bonuses for completing objectives at all, only for defeating enemies, in exactly the same way you get enhancements/salvage/recipes in regular missions. So there's no need to compete to steal objectives at all.

Thats actually a really good way to do it i think!

Hmmm, just one problem: it doesn't seem to work that way, but hey... sh..."stuff" happens!
...Ah, I can't be bothered anymore anyway, tickets are dropping, I'm getting them, how and why and what I leave to the number crunshers while I play the game! :P

I just finished a mission together with an MM.
The reward was 381 tickets for completing it, for me...
The MM in the same team only got 181 tickets..
...and I was the one that crashed, mid-mission, and had to reboot - and really shouldn't have any mission reward at all.
So... Does the leader get more "mission complete" tickets? If so, why did I get more tickets, since star was passed when I crashed for the 374523 time since I14?
Also, isn't it a major flaw that it's more rewarding to solo/duo that to actually team? (at least Ticket-wise). Sure, I still prefer teaming, but every little badger in town will keep soloing to get all the needed tickets since the'll reach the "kill custom mobs" anyway, meaning the game essentially becomes more boring and more like a "regular" game.
I really thought that anything the devs could do to reward team play would be good, since IMHO, that's the whole point of the game, so I strongly feel this is wrong in so many ways. I've been duo'ing all evening and I'm so bored I could shoot myself, or at least b.tch slap myself for being so stupidly focused on badges again.
Well, I do moan a lot, but this one is deffo worthy of a moan, so suck it up and enjoy the feeling! Another quality moan delivered!!!
