not that I know of in this release, but we havn't seen the last of the additional features for Mission Architect just yet as I understand it.

You can have the hostage non combat follow you once rescued and have the glowie activate once hostage is rescued, but thats about it atm AFAIK.
That way to indicate speach you could just use the glowie clue.

I couldn't find an option to have the glowie objective activate after completeing a diferent objective, otherwise I'd have used it in my arc.
Afaik you cannot trigger glowies to activate on events 
I used a destrucatble object as a sort of work round. It's not 100% satifactory though.

Although I'd lose the AFAIK - it's a straight 'You cannnot trigger glowies to spawn as a result of another trigger'.
