Any comments that are sent to you are received by private message 
It used to be via email though it got changed to the /t system, not sure if it got reverted back now though or not.

Last night it was certainly by tell as I commented on a mission which I enjoyed and got a reply.

You certainly can, we tested this a few weeks back to see what the results were.
The only problem is you dont see which side theyre on (us/eu).
So for example i have an US and also EU account with both the globals as @damz, whichever account i used to send the comment it didnt indicate which account i was using. Can be a bit of a bother if people have the same account names.
Also sending a comment to @damz from @damz made me laugh

Shame the email dont work for this as when i log in i often dont see the tells if any, and proberly have countless other MOtDs apear and scrolls any tells up.
My first mission i did on test actually some one did sent me an email, and was i thought finally a good use of COHs in game email system

Am I just being a noob? Someone told me they left a comment on my mission, but I never got a tell.
I'm hoping the tells are working because some people have played my missions and I've received stars but no PMs have been received. Could this be related to the problem that they've taken the servers down today for?
So, you need to be online to get comment tells? Or do i get them when i log in? Would think the e-mail system worked better as getting comments.
I liked the e-mail system of feedback, the Tell system just dont work.
With the e-mail in beta we could give comments to the US players and the US players were certain that they gave comments to us.
But ofc then every arc that were put up was not set to global name, just the char you where playing.
So how can the devs make a way around the problem?
I don't have an answer.

I've commmented on both your Twisted Tales arcs, so if you haven't got any tells it doesn't work.
What I did say in my comments though was that I loved both of them but I preffered the first one. You are a very good story writer.
Where can I find and read any comments I may recieve for my MA missions?
