Great, good to hear from you. I'm fairly easy on playtimes for anything after 7PM GMT on all days. I can do earlier on most days, but not Tuesday.
We've had a FRAD-team running on defiant for a while now and can just say: It's mindnumbingly fun!
A tip is to lvlpact everyone; it helps to keep everyone on track. And remember to synchronize your AM-hugs.

This sounds like it could be stupidly fun. I'll have to see about freeing up a slot for this but looks like it could be worth it. Also depending on the day of the week is chosen aswell.

Sweet, since everyone wants to hear a sample time I'll suggest something (feel free to knock it out the park because I'm just making a shot in the dark). How does 7-10 PM on a Monday sound? If the devs are adding a 3+ way levelling pact this update then the whole playtimes issue is null. But is there anyone that couldn't make 7-10 PM GMT Mondays?

Sounds as if it could be fun. My favourite toon is a fire/rad controller, it's about time I had another. Plenty of slots free on Union, not a single one on Defiant. Only awkward day for me would be a Saturday, never know what's going on on Saturdays...
Sounds good - I'm sure I could free a Union slot for such a venture. Tuesdays or Thursdays work best for me but Mondays may be doable.

We recently did this on Defiant and it's a lot of fun. I've tried it on onion as well, but the 24 man team fell apart at lvl 30'ish. We just couldn't keep that team together.
I learned something from both experiences:
1. Pick team mates carefully as well as play times
2. Use XP pact on all alts to keep the team together.
The second part may not be to your liking, but I'm absolutely certain that it was a key component for keeping the team together.
If you decide to do this on Defiant after all, we've got a SG just for fire rad/kins called Hot Feets. Gimme a call and we'll fix you all in. Would be nice to have a steady stream of folks for TFs etc.
We did set up a channel, also called hot feets, for fire rad/kin teaming, but noone else has joined, we haven't promoted it and we all kept together lvl 1-50 laughing our pants off.
I strongly recommend Skype or some other voice chat software since it makes it even more fun, fast and furious. ...and do not accept people not taking leadership!!!

What is a FRAD team?
This is a team consisting of 8 Fire/Radiation Controllers. To quote ParagonWiki:

What are the restrictions?
Language: English only
Playtimes: This is up to you guys, whatever is most comfortable for all, we can discuss it but we're going to be sticking to a GMT schedule.
Team Objective: To have fun! We're NOT going to farm. Ever. I'm making that clear now. We can do story arcs, missions, Task Forces, trials, whatever! (I'd quite like to see the hilarious carnage of a FRAD STF)
Server: Union preferred but it's a 'whatever is easiest for everyone' thing again!
Method of communication: Personally I'd like to keep it in game, but I appreciate that not many people type as fast as I do so if you'd like to hit Ventrilo or Skype then that works for me too.

What's the policy on teaming outside the SuperTeam?
It's not allowed until everyone in the SuperTeam has hit 45. At that point go nuts! If there's something you desperately need to use your FRAD for then you may, but be prepared to exemplar until we've caught up to you!
