Swap Energy Protection for Touch of Fear <_<
Why on earth do you have 3 slots on Superjump? SJ only needs the default slot and you'll only be using it as a travel power?! As for an anti-KB, Entropy shiled will give you everything you need unless you're looking for the set bonuses? I'd say you could get your slotting for Siphon Life better as well. You'll be using it a lot so you want as much Rech acc and heal from it as possible. Perhaps some healing sets in health that give a %age boost?
I'm not sure energy drain takes heal enhancements. I'm sure I read a patch note that stated the heal was unenhanceable? Touch of fear is definitely worth taking. it does a healthy -tohit and can take a critter out of the fight for quite a while.

He's most likely using zephyr for the defensive set obnuses.
That's about the only reason I could think of but I'm not sure of the bonuses.

Cant remember of hand but i thing the defence bonuses from zephyr are pretty good definitely worth the slots any ways tho when I'm normally working on a build i stick them in combat jumping not SJ but that's probably just me.
I believe energy drain dose take heal enhancements also i recon siphon life is pretty well slotted as is it doesn't need a great deal of recharge to make it a useful and what with its recent boost to damage its worth slotting for that as well.
Touch of fear is definitely worth it if you can fit it in as its a handy power good for taking out a minion for anything higher it needs a couple of applications of course time spent doing that is time not spent smashing the face in of said unlucky target so its probably dependant on play style if you'd find it useful or not.
Although the defence figures look great, it strikes to me a bit too high on end consumption, specially when Darkest Night is on, it's too dependant on Dark Consumption and Energy Drain, not sure how much dmg will these two attacks do even on full fury, but my guess is that they will lower DPS to keep the blue bar full.
Accuracy looks a tad low also.
Honestly, with both DC and ED, Endurance will probably never be a problem. Keeping the blue bar full is what they're there for.
Accuracy seems fine.
My Dm/EA doesn't have stamina. With it End won't be a problem.

Energy drain dose no damage whatsoever but dark consuption boosted with fury dose a lovely chunk of AoE dammage.
what you could do is swap out one of your obliteration sets for a sciroccos that would boost your fire cold a psy defence a bit higher and would still leave you soft capped for smashing and lethal.
Made some minor adjustments to allow you to run tough against s/l enemies and get some more hp without costing too much.

Had a further play with the build not a massive boost in performance slightly lower smash/lethal defence (still capped tho) fire cold is probably ridiculously high at %52.6 but i can find a way to shave some of that of and get defence else where. Energy is also really high at %57.5 negative is now %47.3 Psi is still 24.1 melee has dropped to 21.6 which is a pity with ranged going up a bit to 28.5 AoE has also gone up to %35.
resistance values are all the same tho there's now a very small 2.3 res to psi
On the upside your max HP is marginally higher as is your end recovery (really small amount) and you have 101.8 max end instead of 100 plus your end use has dropped from 2.12 to 2.01 which should let you run tough and weave more

I meant to add as well I'm not sure about the Aegis in tough according to mids it gives AoE defence for both 3 and 5 slots i guess its probably a result of when they paired up typed and positional defence but i wonder if it'll get changed at some point or even if its already changed.
It gives mostly AoE and some typed for one bonus, and mostly typed and some AoE for the other bonus. It's a result of the pairing, yes.
