have you tried the /stuck and /sync commands? maybe you just logged in weird.

Second, the above commands tend to fix the problem of not being able to move, usually plopping you where you first entered the zone.
Thirdly, the only thing it might be is a place where there are big doors; most of the entry/exit doors are single-width.
If all that fails then you can petition the GMs under the option of 'Stuck' and they'll move you back to Mercy so you can get your bearings. They did it for me when I had similar issues while zoning.

If you have the Pocket D teleport or the WW/BM teleport you can use it to exit.

Thanks for all the help. I have contacted support over this, all though reading through the forum I think my toon is suffering from the map desync bug.
I think you're just t the hospital, which is a bit weird in the pvp zones. Just run around clicking doors til you get out. ...and look up! 
If you're de-synced, a /sync will fix that.
Another thing you could do is to pu a call out on the 'help' channel...perhaps someone with 'recall friend' or similar can tp you out of there.
that'll work if you're de-synced too iirc.

I'm also experiencing this issue, same place etc. /stuck & /sync don't work, in any order. I have a Ourobouros portal but it won't work and my broadcasts fall on deaf ears it seems. I've raised a petition and am waiting (almost) patiently. Any other ideas?

Hmm no tp´ing heroes ond defiant. Try joining defiant events and see if someone can help you if gm´s havent sorted it yet.
