Touch of the Nictus - bug or feature?
Twilight grasp spawns a very short duration pet around the caster (if you hit your target) that will then hit you and all friendly targets within a radius with the heal. Apparently it will also hit you with the proc as well for some reason.
Most things that spawn pseudo pets under the caster have procs bugged this way.

It's incredibly bad design on the Devs part since two of the major powers this set was made to enhance work in this way (Kinetics & Dark heals).
I'm struggling to think of another Accurate Heal power beyond those two.
oh, Dark melee Heals... any other?
kind of annoying that the bug still occurs, mind I knew it would so never even considered the proc for my build anyway.

All the darkity-dark heals, so the Siphons & Drains in Dark Melee, Dark Blast and the 2 in the Warshade primary and in Dwarf form. Think that's them all.
Awesome, did they test the proc out at all?
So its safe to assume that the other proc works the same as perfomance shifter one? If so thanks to the buyer that bought it for 20 mill when i got it as a random roll.

Thank you for the clear explanation of how the power actually works. This was not obvious (at least not for me) from the in-game documentation of Twilight Grasp.
However, the way the proc works now fits the personality of my fire/dark corruptor surprisingly well. The ability to once in a while give himself, or his teammates, a refreshing little dose of negative energy damage before a larger dose of healing could be translated into "No pain, no gain". I think I will keep the enhancement for now for this reason.

I dunno really. Who does? Obviously not the devs.
You'd think after the Performance Shifter behaviour (& the Taunt set ones) they'd at least test the damn new PROCs they release.

Perhaps it's a stealth way of adding an extra difficulty level?
Add a whole bunch of extra Procs people can struggle to kit themselves out with, then find they've reduced their survival prospects as a result...

Not sure if you can slot them in RttC
Mind of Gaia lvl 50 Defiant's first Mind/Storm 'troller.
Deadly Doc 50 Dark/Dark Corr
and lots more on Pinnacle,Union and Defiant
I wouldnt think you can, as its a Acc Heal set and RttC doesnt need Acc to work.
Alos just checked RttC and only Healing and ToHit Debuff sets can go in.
I have slotted Touch of the Nictus: Chance for Negative Energy Damage into Twilight Grasp on my corruptor. Tonight I noticed that I got red numbers over my head when I used the power. A check in the combat log gave me several occurences of the following:
"Twilight Grasp blasts you with his Touch of the Nictus: Chance for Negative Energy Damage for 71.33 points of negative energy damage!"
Has anybody else experienced this? Have I misunderstood something or am I taking damage from my own proc? Is Twilight Grasp really a "he" and not an "it"?
I bugged it, but I am curious about other people's experience from using this particular enhancement.
