Actually, when I was in that situation, I found it was the few women that swore the most.
Personally, I rarely swear myself, but I don't care when other people do (and have my filter turned off). It's just words, it's possible to insult people far worse in the politest language possible.
However, it turned out that Smith was not a time-travelling Terminator

Maybe not quite the politest ever, but one of the partners at my first job was a real so-and-so, even the other partner was sick to death of him and he used to treat me and the other staff like his personally pets.
I still cherish the day I told him that he was obviously a practiced Onanist and did it in such a way that he took it as a compliment on his business manner. Nice to have the extra proof that the boss knew Jack...
