45 Month Veteran Reward - Needs something

agreed its as if some one forgot to include its other bit i can only assume they couldn't think of something so heres some suggestions
"Gladiator armour" going with a cimoria theme how about some Gladiator armour should be pretty easy to achieve using some of the roman pieces that don't unlock when from the ITF things like "Daedlus helmet" and the shoulder/arm guard Worn by the Minotaurs. or some pieces inspired by what HULK wears in planet hulk

Haha no actually that never occurred till i went looking for gladiator pics and came across the HULK ones
What i was trying to show were some gladiator style armour that looks like it would fit in with the cu rent stuff but could also be mixed with other existing costume pieces.
Theres a badge? - really?, I got this Veteran award last night and didn't notice a new badgeypoos - just the respec.
Well, the veteran reward *is* the badge...
i.e. All you get is a veteran reward badge, and a respec...

Ahh I see, I obviously am badge-blind if the benchmark isn't given a name. 
Heres some to consider: War-Horse, Seasoned, Seen-it-all-before, Old-Timer....there you go NCNC, not so hard.
45 Months is 'Eternal'.

[EDIT]: Still, I have to agree that a plain ole respec (although welcome) is a tad vanilla. We could do with a new spread of Accolades, powers and cossie pieces for the veteran awards scheme in my opinion. The personal pet needs to hold stuff (salvage and recipes) and the 48-Month Battle Hardened pet wisp/drone thingy needs more than 1 hitpoint.
Now - how about something to go *with* the badge?

I want to have a great 45 months vet reward! Something fun like cossie parts or a silly but funny power. 45 months should be worth more then just one badge and a respec (which i never use anyway).
They seem to lost some of their imagination for vet rewards around month 39 or so.
Assemble the Team at 42. Ok useful, i use it when it's up usually, but not very creative tbh 
45 big empty vacuum. fourth respec, not bad i spose, money saver if nothing else, still, not used more than 3 respecs on any of my chars
48 Ok the buff pets were creative, albeit lacking in implementation. If anyone manage to keep theirs alive for an entire mission, kudos to you and please share how you did it, they pull aggro like no tomorrow!
51. CoV preorder helmet bonus. Something that been asked for, and yea it's cool we do get them... eventually! We get the CoH preder reward a whole three and a half year earlier Also not very creative imo. Also kinda lack-luster now that the VEATs are out which do offer those pieces already for the special veat cossie.
54. Another attack power. Ok, i'm not complaining really, another attack will make lowbie levels easier. But reusing the four we got previous? really lacking creativity. Specially since two of the powers (Black Wand and Nemesis Staff) base their damage on your origin. Would much rather have seen something new, like a rikti rifle, nemesis rifle, etc etc instead.
As for ideas what to put in future rewards? I'd like to see more utility powers, like a self teleport to RWZ or Cimerora. A permanent version of the WW/BM Teleporter which don't require you to logout there.
I wanna see more costume pieces. They stopped after 30 months (ok boxing at 39 and helms at 51, but those are kinda meh). I kinda of guess they wanna keep going with the themed packs they do now and then, but something minor like some new patterns or just some new glasses etc would be nice. Not having to have a theme to em.
Can't say i'm holding my breath for what 57 months and 60 motnhs (omg 5 years) will be. Tho i do home that the 5 year rewards will be something extravagant and flashy we can show off to other players!

heres hoping, there are loads of non-game breaking temp powers that coud be used that would add someting more to characters and that are not as powerfull as the nemisis staff or black wand that could be used.
I thought the patched out the reliance on origin in temp powers? IIRC.

They did for the second round of selections, but not the first time you get the pick from your Vet Rewards.

The slightly fuller explanation, for anyone who can't be bothered to translate the above:
When you first get a choice of a power from a Vet reward, if that reward provides a damage bonus dependent on your origin, you get that bonus.
However, a later Vet reward allows you to select the power that you didn't select the first time around. This selection does not provide a damage bonus dependent on origin.

It has been discussed in another thread (I don't see this as cross-posting, but if it is, I'll request that the other thread is closed) that the 45 month veteran reward, which is just a badge and a respec - and that's it. Out of all of the veteran rewards, which give powers, costume pieces, or base items - it is 'hollow'. The strange part is, veteran rewards that follow it actually continue the power/item/costume theme.
Suggestion: Give the 45 month veteran reward something worthwhile? Rather than 'nothing'
