you missed out getting to lvl 50 with brawl only and not leveling up at trainer....i don't rememeber now that one worked out
and the no assassin strike from a stalker...once again i don't know how far that one went either
1) Have done this with a scrapper, a controller and a Master Mind. Actually before the AV regen changes have done it with a few scrappers but isn't so easy these days. I've heard of Cold Defenders managing it but not 100% sure. I wouldn't like to try on a blaster personally. I am planning to try to solo more AVs with my DM/SR scrapper cause its much more of a challenge than with the Ill/Rad
2) Have done this with my troller recently, my MM back in I6 and solo'd most of the GMs in I5 with my DM/Regen (couldn't do Lusca or Adamaster at the time but I was only level 35, Jurassik and Babbage were easy). Now its a right pain cause of the regen rate. I'm sure it is doable without being Illusion/Rad but not easy. I hear that some MMs can solo GM's, I haven't managed that myself. My DM/SR scrapper can stand infront of a GM, as can my BS/SR but not do anything to them really. My claw/wp can survive fairly well too even, surviving most GMs seems easier than the AVs but the damage you have to do is stupidly high
3) I probably wouldn't have the patience to do that, I have duo'd Posi and I sword never again. You'd be looking at an extremely tight build to solo STF
4) I've done a Katie TF with no deaths or temps and a manticore. You can still set the no death challange and the temps at the start of the TF you would only need a screenshot of the challenge screen at completion. Oh and yeah have MoSTF and MoRSF badges.
5) See some of the superteams could be considered crazy idea's but I've never really gone that far out of the way to make things awkward for myself. If I had a concept that required it I probably would though, sometimes concept gets in the way of efficiency. Our Mind/Kin super team did manage to take down Kracken at level 11 though, which took a while but was damned fun
Edit: Just remembered all Defender STF. Also did an all Controller STF....... I'd like to do more all defender TFs sometime it was stupidly fun

1) Solo an AV - Done 
Only attempted it on marauder though on ill/rad 2bh.
2) Solo a GM - almost, iv gotten adamaster down to 1/4 health but thats as far as its got to. Havent tried for a while but think if i put my effort into it i could.
3) Solo a tf - Only ever attempted and completed mender silos tf solo, wouldnt mind trying to do posis solo though.
4) Master of - Havent been able to complete the STF even once so im nowhere near this badge 
Everyteam i get on we do great until the very last fight when its just mass deaths . . . . .
5) Wierd builds - Used to have a "ghost character" that was a mind/ta controller. Not really a wierd build but wasnt what you'ld call your typical controller either due to the power choices.
6) Ill/rad - determined to make my ill/rad as close to killing speed as a fire/kin as possible. Not THAT far off (better than some fire/kins anyway) but still a lot of work to do.

Another weird build is a MM without pets. (Blastermind?)
Of all of them you have listed I've only done number 1. Was the Rikti War Lord on a Zombie/Dark MM.
You missed out collecting badges. Only some are a challenge. Such as healing/damage taken/inf earned etc.
Edit: (thanks Cynic). Done an all scrapper ITF in the past and last night did an all MM ITF. Mad lag but loads of fun. Took us about 2.40 minutes to do mostly due to lag hill looking more like a screenshot at times. ALso got all blaster/all corrupter/all dominater ITF planned.

I have yet to complete the "Undefeated" challenge. It's something that I believe needs a dedicated team. It's painfully tedious solo but I'm convinced it's possible.
I'm currently working with a couple of mates to put an all Kinetics team together and go to 50 like that. (Defs & Controllers) which could be fun but I reckon once we get past lvl 20 we'll munch through almost everything. I suspect it could be more of a challenge for example if we chose an 8-man Brute team or crupper (maybe even an EAT team?)
Have tried several times in the last week or so to get through the MoSTF, but with no luck. The vines have defeated us every time but we persevere
Odd builds: I'm keeping my VEAT Soldier as a standard build and you could play a PB/WS in human form only I guess.
Badges? Well how does a blaster that's never taken Aid Other get the healing badges? 
I don't think there's too many borked builds possible but you can certainly skew the build with odd pool powers. A defender with Presence and Fighting for example?

I don't think I could re-roll once i got past lvl 32. But surely if the toon has a self rez (like RotP) or if the empath has a rez that could counteract any re-rolling? the only toon that would be unsafe would be the empath, unless you had 2, and if they both died then you migh need to think about the team make-up 
I'm determined to have a human on WS, but I wouldn't have said that was too crazy. Just cause neither form really appeals to me that much but purple blasts are awesome (I can see it being deleted if we ever actually get power customisation and a Dark/Dark defender being made)

You would have to avoid all Explore Badge locations and not train after L9 (to avoid the L10 badge). Scarily hard to do! Not as bad as a brawl-only build though!
And not sure how you'd avoid the influence/infamy earned, damage dealt/rec'd badges.
I'd call it impossible.

Level 10 gives a badge so it would have to stay low

Would need to get to no more than lvl 9 (badges at lvl 10 for starters) and no longer than 3 months old (first vet badge )
An alternate idea, getting to 50 with as few badges as possible? That would mean no TFs, little teaming to avoid boss badges, done in less than 3 months to avoid vet badges......what else could we miss out on?

Actually getting a villain past level 25 would be good.

Heh, yeah i forgot that level 10 badge. Also debt, damage taken or inf. badges comes without asking. Hmm add that to no selling in WW (you get vendor badge in a blink of an eye).
Also a non-veteran can accidently step on exploration badges.
Maybe a low badge hero would be more logical.

My own personal challenges...
Well, on my main it's simply Get More Badges. 500+ and counting. I'm not quite up to Sal's level (then again who is?), but I'm regularly in Union Heroes top 50, which is nice.
My real personal challenge, though, is to get a second level 50 toon hero-side. I managed to get a villain up, and I love playing my Rad/Psi defender, so why is she stuck at 45? I think I need a DXP weekend (the first ever one pushed my main from 45 to 49, so it has a lot of potential).
Hmm... other things that I want to do... Well, Shadow Shards TF's 1 & 3 on my main (I've done the other two), for the badgey goodness. MoSTF. And more IC TFs. Oh, and an IC Hami raid. That would be awesome.

Personally:
- More badges! 102 is the highest I've ever got...it's time for more.
- A level 50 Villain. I'm slowly getting there with an IC team, so it should happen!
- A level 50 PB/Arachnos Epic. PB is at 22, Arachnos needs unlocking, so getting there also.
- IC Mothership Raid, which also should be happening!
- Starting a decent, small RP SG, mainly for a big base suitable for RP venues.

Reading many posts, it's often mentioned that's theres not a lot to do at lvl 50 and then people jump in with the obvious suggestions.....badges, TF's, IO's, PVP etc. All very worthwhile things to do, I myself am a big badge hunter for instance.
but would it be possible to do it on Posi? On an 8 man team? or a different TF? Probably impossible to prove without numerous screenshots and demos, but you'd know in yourself and that would be a hell of a task 
But I was wondering, what suggestions could people make for little challenges for themselves to do, be it at 50 or lower, things to do in game that are meant to be hard...or impossible??
For instance....
1. Solo an AV. Many people have done this, so it can be done, but does it need to be on a specific AT? Or build? Can it be done on a Defender? Or a crappy Blaster like mine?
2. Solo a GM. I remember a loooong time ago, Psygon solo'd Lucsa, I think it may have been on her Dark/Dark Defender, but I could be misremembering? Has anyone else done it? Or a different GM? Babbage or Jurassik for instance? Again, does it have to be a tanker?
3. Solo a TF? Again, done at many levels, I know people regularly do Posi, for instance, but what about the higher ones? Or even Statesman TF?
4. Master of..... People have done the Master of Statesman and Lord recluse badges, I'm hoping to get it on Friday
