Heroes on Union and Villains on Defiant, more or less equally split. I've spent most time recently on Defiant but I'm thinking of coming back to heroes (and Union) for a while.

Defiant for my "Serious" Characters with serious backstories etc...
Union for my Puns and funnies (I can roleplay a silly billy much better than a serious angsty-type serious character! - Hence why I used to play Malkavians in VtM and any sessions I ran became "Carry on Vampire". It was a good job I was in an RP group that felt the same way!

Union all the way for me! I even moved Coin over to union and am planning on moving my second 50 across as well.

Play on both, after a little while you realize you don't have enough char slots on one server 
I got my heroes on Defiant and Villains on Union with a few exceptions.

Heroes on Defiant, Villains on Union. Very much a Defiant player even though I spend most of my time on Union these days as the blueside has lost some of it's charm...for the time being anyway.

I play on all the servers, am happy with finding people who either:
a) play like team orientated heroes and treat the enemy with respect.
b) no rules as a villain.

Mostly Union, with quite a few on Defiant. Spend most of my time on Union though... when I actually am in-game anyway.
