Scene: Isaac Anderson finishes up another night at The Pits, Alternative and BDSM club in Kings Row and on his way home indulges in a little fun heroing, jumping through the shadows and beating up criminals with brutal, dirty streetfighting enhanced by dark energies, singing the song, and occasionally emphasising the beat with a solid punch or kick.
I got Genesised... so sue me.
Here's one for Z's character, Arrow Azure, and mine, Operative Seven, though I think she just gets to do accompaniment. I see it as a sort of montaged voice over for Arrow doing the verses with shots from the dirtier districts of Paragon City with people being mugged, street gangs, groups of Lost. Then the choruses break in following Seven leaping through the city, above all the noise and homeless people in the sunshine. Yeah, okay, so it's a nasty comment on how higher level heroes ignore handbag snatchers in King's Row. So sue me.

It came to me in a dream... - imagine the scene: Port Oakes and Grandville, a host of seedy villains caught in the hypnotic powers of The Television and The Radio. Another montage as villains, egged on by these evil appliances, commit crimes around Paragon and the Rogue Isles. With jazz hands.
Oh and CB? What is it about that certain Shatner clip that makes me run away in fear? I still haven't been able to watch it all the way through.
It may be the way he appears to be on some sort of combat drug?

I think villain groups have as much right to a sing-song as our own heroes and villains 
They're on a recruiting drive (by foul means, naturally) and the part around 3:07 is, to my thinking, where the 'recruited' civilians are transformed.
