Trice tilts her head to one side thinking silently to herself. Her disguise finally fades away, a blue lizard woman with light blue spirals patterned in her skin slowly superimposing itself over the Guardian.
"Can I have Juices and Bloods? Please" pointing to a bottle behind the bar. "Have money" she proudly proclaims tapping the leather wallet on the bar.
Her head was feeling better at least and she starts to look around the bar for a voice to borrow with her psychic linking power.
William Benedict stepped into the bar looking strangely out of place. A smart suit, swept back hair, goatee and round sunglasses; he'd have looked more at place in a casino or some charity fundraiser. He stepped up to the bar and without batting an eyelid ordered a rum and coke before slamming down a wad of $100 bills on the counter. He looked at it for a moment before asking rather politely:
"I'm assuming you take US currency here and not some strange unit I've not been told about?"
His eye caught sight of Ed amongst the others; a grin formed on his face.

He smiled, "Right away." And made the drink. Afterwards, he looked around the room, watching the hands deliver the drink to the gentleman in the corner, then to the new arrival just entering, muttering under his breath "Anyone would think this was a formal event.."
Smiling as the man walked up to the bar, he quickly made his drink. Glancing at the wad of money, he replied "We sure do sir." Then, sniffing the air, his smile turned to a smirk, "Aah, you're human.."

From the her far corner seat Ravenna had catalogued each new face as they had entered the bar , and until now now had seemed to drawn much of a reaction ... this new one , whom the barman proclaimed as human .. this one here eye locked on to ...
....though she remained laid back in her chair the relaxed state had left her body ..her muscles where taught as if ready for sudden movement ...
..Ravenna's eye drank in the form of the Human like a vulture spying a dead zebra ...
..she took a small sip of her drink and very careful placed the glass on the near by table ...
Takes the hand and shakes, "Sanguine Petal or Emma." taking her drink from mid-air she takes a sip and eyes the suit, "Eugh, this is gonna be interesting."

Leeches watched the new comer as she slowly sat on a bar stool after paying for a drink, she smirked slighlty. Either this one was very confident or totally unaware of his situation, or of course he had a secret. The shadow stuff around her moved almost like feelers, like it too was tasting the air and waiting for something to happen. This betrayed the fact that Leeches was keeping her eye on things despite looking mildly bored and uninterested in the matter.
The end is just a new beginning, Goodbye all my coh friends and even the enemies, its been a blast I will miss you all. Thank you Paragon team, you gave me a home from home I will always appriciate it.
Edward looked over to William Benedict and muttered, "Dudes got some brass balls for a normal human..."
He poured himself another shot of vodka, knocking it back, keeping an eye on the other patrons, noticing they all looked about ready to strike given a seconds notice.

"And I'm glad I caught you anyway. The chaos in the city has made people rather panicky. My sales figures on home defense and weapons have gone through the roof. Gotta love the media coverage for that..."
He took another sip, noticing Leeches, raising his glass to her with a sly smirk and then refocused on Ed.
"Plus I think you can help me in a more direct way. Villainy is all well and good but nine to five pays the bills..."

Hearing Benedict's word Ravenna seemed to relax , just another lump of flesh on the make , turning her interest back to the room in general , her eyes swepted over the current crop of drinkers ...

"Nothing wrong with being human." She looks back at Petal. "I'm good thanks! Business is booming and I have decided to get a social life, which has been a learning curve in itself." Red flashes Petal a grin at those words.

inhaling deeply she seem to hang on to the smoke from a unnatural lenght of time ..before slowly sending it as a tight stream of grey , shot up at the bars celing ...

Red takes Petal's glass and heads over to the bar. She leans on the bar and smiles at the barman.
"Can I get a refill for my friend and a bottle of champagne with two glasses please." Red smiled to herself as she realised life was good; and it was worth celebrating.

Red accepted the drinks and handed over the payment, plus a little extra. She turned and walked back back to the table, a small smile on her face. She passed Petal her drink and also offered her a glass of champagne.

The Barman sighed a little, "I'm sorry Miss, I can't give you a drink without knowing what you want. I got beers, wines, spirits (not just the alcoholic kind either), juices and bloods, or just plain water. Take your pick and I'll be happy to serve you some."
As he spoke with the shape-shifter, the gloves refilled Sanguine's drink. The door at the front opened, a large man in a suit stepped in, looking around the bar. He pushed up his glasses and adjusted his watch before sitting down in a corner. He signalled the hands to come over, he ordered a drink and sat patiently as the hands went back to the bar.
