highest lvl it has been lvl 45 before restart 
For me, this thread could of been titled "Whose Sycophant are you?". I think that all those like yourself Juissi, who simply picked themselves are worth applauding.
For me, Legend, most of the time, means someone who has already moved on. Sure, there are some living legends (most of the ones I would have mentioned were pointed out by others already on the thread), but mostly people who were there once and made the mark are the ones that deserve the title. (thus most of the ones I mentioned haven't been around in a while - either unsubscribed or moved on to playing different characters)
Also, back-patting friends and family just leads to everyone congratulating each other. "You're special too, if for nothing else than for mentioning me."
