Hi everyone,

As we announced previously the Training Room Test Server will be unavailable during the closed beta testing for Issue 13: Power and Responsibility.

The closed beta test of Issue 13 starts in the afternoon of Wednesday, October 8th.

For those unfamiliar with closed beta testing, players will be able to patch up to the Training Room, but will not be able to proceed past the character select screen to log into the game.

The initial pool of closed beta testers consist of a very small pool of testers. While we know that a lot more would like to be involved in the closed beta, our tester invitations are dictated by our testing needs. We appreciate everyone's understanding with this. Everyone who want's to play Issue 13 before it goes live and provide feedback will have the ability to do so in the several week open beta period that will come before Issue 13 is released to the live servers.

I'm betting it'll be live mid November. There are about 3 weeks left in October, and it won't hit open beta until at least the beginning of November. Then you figure 2 weeks for open beta if they follow what they did with I12. So, most likely mid November. Almost positively by Thanksgiving (here in the US anyways).

Nice.

Although that looks like it’ll be a live release in November, if it hits open beta while we’re still in October I’m claiming a win for my prediction.

Doesnt halloween event start in like 1 or 2 weeks? Be fastest beta ever if it came out before then

That I can't answer for you. I know it started today (Oct. 8th. Only 7:18 PM here in the states). The test server went down again, presumably from the massive numbers who ran to it to check things out. Which I might add are looking very nivce. If you can get to the US forums, look in the Training Romm section and read those posts. Some folks have pictures already.

My guess is open Beta will start when the Halloween event closes. So that people can actually be testing stuff rather than trying to kill zombies on live.

Id rather have the issue go live before the halloween event, at the moment I decided not to resubsribe due to the low player amount but Id love to see some issue 13 before I leave for good.

My gues, like previous added sets, PI will be flooded with lowbies and main streets remain empty
