I sent a petition out on me not receiving my first vet reward. GM Leonie gave me a reply that he will forwarding to a senior support member.
Then GM Charles gave me a standard issue reply to check my account and it didnt seem he investigated it further.
I got 1 free month and two paid months now and to me that equals the vet award since nowhere in the faqs i have read on the official site says any differently.

I would update my support request but somehow not any of my passwords work when trying to login???

What should i do?

Here's what you need to do:

Take a screenprint of your account page that shows how long you've had the account active for (whatever you do, don't post it here). It should clearly show the date your account began as well as the number of months you've paid for and played for, along with the date your vet reward was due.

Then, assuming that the first reward was due at some point in the past, update your support ticket, including a copy of the screenprint for perusal by the GMs. If the first reward date is in the future, ask for a detailed explanation as to WHY it has not yet come around.

(As a corrolary to this, and so that we can help some more: What is the date you registered, as shown on your account page?)

[Edit: If you can provide us with a screenie in-game showing that you haven't been granted the 3 month Vet reward badge, that would be excellent, also. To do this, go into 'Options' and keybind 'Screenshot with UI' to something, open up your badges, select the 'Veteran' tab and take the screenie.)

Are you sure your payment has been accepted? You didn't try paying with Maestro by any chance?

Otherwise you really need to get your passwords fixed, it is much more serious than a VR issue.


The other thing you can do is send a PM to GhostRaptor.

The support password is different to any of the others: Regarding that issue, click on the 'I've forgotten my password' button.

Are you sure your payment has been accepted? You didn't try paying with Maestro by any chance?

have checked my bankaccount and the subsripition fee has been properly paid for

i´m am waiting for my password and will update my request as soon as it arrives and ask for a details.

The support password is usually an 8 or 9 number password iirc that you will never remember as mentioned above click the forgot my password button wait and leave that email stored safely somewhere for future reference to support issues

I am sure i read somewhere tht Vet Rewards were receied for paid game time - therefore your free month would not count towards it? Not sure where i saw it but I am convinced it was something like that!

No, the free months are included- I have 2 years 3 months paid but 2 years 6 months on the veteran rewards.

Just making sure here - you have 1 free month and 2 paid months and now you are playing your 3rd paid (and therefore 4th total) month? If not and you're still in your 3rd total month, then you shouldn't have them yet. If, however, you are in your 4th total month, then yes, this is an error on their part.
