Thats part of his style really. if ya look at his other works you'll find most of his girls are very thin with huge knockers. It's one of the reasons i wanted to get art from him, because i thought the style would really suit my character and i really liked how it came out.
As for the succubus, i wrote a lil caption on the clothed version (too busy staring at the nekkid one eh??? ). More details can be gotten if you read the story i wrote. Poorly written i know, but it's still there!, link is in my signature to it.
I got the idea for it, from a really old computer game called Al-Quadim the genies curse. Which was a roleplaying game set in old arabia, fun game! anyway, the load screen of that game was a scene of a city with a set of glowing eyes and a pair of clawed hands hovering above it. Kinda as if a genie or somethng was watching over the city... or about to descend doom upon it.
It was pretty hard to explain what i wanted as i found no screenshot of just that, but Federico got almost instantly what i wanted. My idea was i wanted to show how Sapphic Nekos inner demon would be watching over Neko and protect her.
I'm not knocking the proportions, I figured it was an aesthetic choice rather than a drawing issue, and it fits - though I can't for the life of me find other stuff by him. =\

Really cool commissions there neko! Both are great and really work (and not just "it" lol). If I could afford it I'd get one of my own "King of Perversion" done up properly - also a tad inappropriate for this board 
On a side note - after having a gander through ya faves (like I always do now on deviant) it seems ya like a particular... errrr..... "theme" like I do
