Not really, you pretty much exhausted Dante's movement pool tricks right there... (you forgot the Kick Jump and the Side Roll but those aren't that good anyway).

that's not good anyway, and you need the GvE pack to use it.
also, double jump doesn't give you a crappy jump pack, nor does it give you any big advantige about jumping high.
it's basically just hurl but then with normal jump and you jump 2x.
anyway, i know a lvl 14 power
resist fall dmg- you are more resistant against falling damage and are able to survive greater hights then any normal man, this power is always on and does not cost endurance.

jump pack gives you the ability to fly over a building, the hight is still higher then hurl but it's not in any way a flying ability.
beside, you're confusing the concept here, it's not like you can jump over a building.
Although I do like the ideas as I think they're cool... Sorudo, this is City of Heroes and Villains, not Naruto.
P.S. I like Naruto too.

The GvE jump pack does not give you the ability to fly. It gives you the ability to jump without having to be on the ground, which is what I assume you mean by a double jump.

i'm just asking for a 2x jump, not something so huge it's game breaking....even unreal tournament has that....and that's not even a game that needs double jump as much as COX does...

It is totally unnecessary for this game to have a double jump, especially when you can pay to have one some of the time.

With SJ you can travel with a bit of practice most heights. But for some (think cap au diablo or the entrance to terra volta) you will have to find workarounds as you just lack the power to get on top even if fully slotted.
Now for a power that is faster traveling then flight is something i can live with. For some cases flight is better.
So I am not signing this one.
sigh, and there go's my last hope of fun....and i thought this game is suppose to be for players.....with super powers, it seems that paying for a power is more important then -_-

Ok so if you dont want to bunny hop all the time simply take combat jumping and only toggle it on when you want to jump higher

Not good? It lets my SJers jump over buildings (yes, you can do that...), my SSers reach places they otherwise can't, gives TPers a power to stay airborne beyond TP's temp hover without needing another power choice, and lets my Flyers cap flight speed for 30secs (and does the same for my pre-travel power characters with the temp flight packs). That's pretty darn good for a bonus power if you ask me - a heck of a lot more useful to me than the prestige sprints or the Pocket D teleport. Heck, over the lifetime of a character I probably use the Jump Pack more than the Ghost Slaying Axe or Sands of Mu temps.
But yeah, definitely /unsigned as I don't see the point of the original suggestion beyond imitating anime/manga. I don't hate anime/manga either - there's some I like (not much, but some - I just started re-watching Ghost in the Shell: SAC at the weekend), but this is a superhero game based on western superhero comics and I want it to stay that way.

Seems that most of the players (just in this thread) have chosen to reject your idea, ergo it is a game which listens to its players... just not all of them, depending on how practical their idea is.

i said ones that i like to see some movement skills, but the ones that doesn't count as something like a super thing.
now what about movements that is seen in the higher up battles.(no, not dbz you mind)
double jump- you jump one time extra in mid air, this can only be done when you are going up.
so if you fall out of jump, you can not double jump anymore, this costs no endurance and is always on.
speed move- you can move almost instantaneous from one spot to the other, but has a low range compare to teleport.
you can move this fast by double tapping a movement button, and you will move X yart to that direction.
the range will go up the higher your level, this costs no endurance and is always on.
i dunno 2 lvl 14 and lvl 20 powers for it, maybe anyone knows 2 good ones?
