TM_S hit it right on the kisser. Even the most uber builds can't break the hold of perma Domination.
Most uber builds can break the hold of perma dom. Its the not so uber builds that suffer

This is totally wrong and out of place.

If you wanna finish the dominator quick = Blaster all the way.

if they get perma dom the'll ust hold to death

Re: Practices Brawler,
most permadoms are able to stack domination for 15-30 seconds. One application of domination turns a 3 mag hold into 4 mag (leut into boss), stack that again, that's 5 mag...Practice brawler offers 8 mag of protection. 2 applications and you're held...with power boost, for a pretty long time too
Edit: just checked detailed info on my dom...the mag is doubled while domination is up, so 6 mag...still, 2 applications = breaks mez toggles

I cried laughing with this. Seriously.First of all any self respecting dominator will already raise domination prior to engaging any player in RV thanks to the stupid PvE design of PvP zones.
Second of all no self respecting blaster will engage a control set unsupported without having a BF prepopped.By the time dominator overruns the breakfree he is dead 10 times and all it takes is a double spike.
I dont need 20 bf's to 2 shot you.
Also we are talking in proper PvP and not noob duels under the globe.
20 bf's..whats next?poping 30 reds to kill an empath?

No.With an */nrg blaster you can toast the dominator without breaking a sweat.And dont believe this rubbish about breakfrees.
Mind/FF/Psi or Mind/Sonic/Psi Controller. With decent protection for most of their mez abilities, you can simply mez them first. There ya go

There is a difference between burning 20bf's and poping 1 or 2 and the degree of difficulty involved to kill a dominator with a blaster.
Bf's respites reds blues cabs and w/e are all needed in pvp based on what someone is playing and part of pvp tactics.
Also i hope we aint debating no insp fights between newbies under RV globe.Cause thats a)lame b)not PvP

I've found dropping down behind them with a DB/WP scrapper and shivving them in the pods has worked for me in the past, the few times I've PvPed in RV.
I think the real trick is to see them coming first, use terrain to break line of sight, remain highly mobile, and possibly have some KB or other mez of your own in your pocket. Obviously a few BFs won't hurt if they do draw a bead on you, but I reckon they should be fall-backs, not principle strategy.
Dominators - they don't have many hit points.

Could you please give me some advice on what sets i would need to do to kill a Mind Dom with Perma Domination on please. Thats all realy what ever you suggest will be my next build. This will be for RV.
