SG Idea... privately funded crimefighting soldiers

Empath/Psychic Defender.
Rick Riffington was just your average slightly psychic soldier.
Until enrolling on the Minutemen Program, a project designed to grant precognition to soldiers.
In Ricks case the project failed to grant visions of the future instead he found he was able to affect the past, to erase events that occurred sixty seconds previously around him.
Capable of reviving his fellow soldiers by simply changing the past so that bullets didnt actually hit them he earned the code name Retcon and the rank of Captain
Basically the best way I could come up with military empathy Xd

Have an idea for an American Indian archer/mind called Nation (unless its taken). He's a psychic/telekineti archer who draws power from public feeling/national pride/spirit.
Might call him Apport instead, have him a teleporter too.

Not sure if you remember me saying in-game, but I'd like to sign up with Commander Beet, he's found a loophole with his current organization and looking for a more active, worthwhile team. Level 50 Energy/Devices Blaster, has a military background before he came to Paragon/Earth aswell as great technical knowledge.
I am the Blaster, I have filled the role of Tank, Controller and Defender
Sometimes all at once.

Only, I don't think any of us will have time outside of a weekend to commit to a weekly meeting. Or atleast, it doesn't seem to work nowadays what with everyone committing to stuff like it's going out of fashion. I'll commit ya'll to something, it's call a Psychiatric ward! At the moment me and Haes are wearing a sort of back story Army gear/uniform, suppose when we have a proper RAPIER uniform everyone can make new cossies after all we get five slots :P

As for Merrow's question, yes, we've finally agreed on a uniform. The design is ultimately down to the player's choices because we want a splash of individuality, style and taste, not to mention power-related costume additions. So, all your soldier needs is an outfit designed within the 'Camo' theme (Urban Terrain Camouflage in Military Terms). Colours are preset in supergroup mode so you don't have to worry about that (Black & Brown). See Silver-Fox, Damsel or Pious' outfits in-game if you need inspiration. Pictures will soon be on the Handbook.

The common material is cotton cloth (although probably with a polymorphic fibre weave) and painted camouflage patterns. Tell you what, I'll set up a screenshot... once I'm done with Image Verification (why does that take so damn long). Afterwards, I can come by and help you out Raven.

Okay, Cactus Brawler and myself have created a Dynamic Duo of Military Heroes.
My guys had his Psychic Mutation honed into a sort of Battlefield mastery, that allows him to win fights with Instinct alone. He doesn't use Guns because he doesn't need to... he's as deadly as any weapon. They call him; The Bullet Man!
