Just had a look in Mid's, the things that'll go over acro are:

TK Thrust, Power Thrust, Force Bolt, Repulsion Bomb, Power Push, Nova, Quasar, blaster' Thunderstrike (80% chance). Everything else won't go over it still, so it's not that bad.

Yeah i have to agree with the changes coming in PvP the Devs are looking at the powers that make PvP Unfair in certain situation like TK pin. Looking forward to using my Mind/Storm again

Shame that these changes dont come with any meaningful changes regarding PvP core game like rewards etc etc.Also turning TK from a PvP tactic to something useless is just laughable.The rest seem ok tbh although the abuse of acrobatics nerf could create some issues.

I doubt anything will change considering the amount of toons we got and build flexibility as well as inf capacity.Its not like TK or acro,Kb,cage changes will make a difference.

I personally hope this is just the start to a improved PvP i like the changes and can see the benefits it will bring to PvP.

How about accro + a kb resist IO?
Interesting, one of my 1st pvp toons was all about KB, then I found out about acrobatics

Which are the benefits exactly?I am not against these changes tbh but i still havent seen any real intentions to change PvP core game that will give incentive to players to PvP or be competitive in PvP zones or stick to CoX PvP gameplay.

Changing TK and cage is hardly an improvement in my opinion.Merely a fix against oreganised teams with tactics which will be sorted out in no time anyway.

Nah, just less reason to play my mind dom. I can see the point though, I was always 1 shotting players with my overpowered repel. I look foward to I13, when attacks, debuffs and armor powers no longer affect players in pvp.

That's the plan. Seen a post on the dom boards saying that castle was reconsidering, so maybe it isn't set in stone.

Lol Tk is no where near overpowered the end cos ist huge, and one ID breaks it. Simply buffing break frees would have been enough. Any chance they might actually fix force bubble and hurricane beofer they buff the bfs?

I love the giggle factor of tk... my domi has a hard enough time in zones already but at least I can push things around briefly before I get 2 shotted.

He better reconsider.Only situation where TK becomes a danger in PvP is when its used by targeters.The counter is obvious to call the targeter or take breakfrees.Considering experienced targeters call soft targets like defenders controllers and letting the spike damage unTKed its not such a big issue to counter this.Only reason this is being changed is due to too much /crymeariver. I am all for reducing the amount of breakfrees someone needs to get out of TK but removing the repel totally is ridicilous and while they are at it why not start eliminating other powers from PvP that give interesting tactics within arena.

By the way this is a major fault of the devs that havent included buffs and powers that strip cage,repel etc and there is no buff striping process in game.

Acro + KB Res IO should negate everything but TK Thrust, Power Thrust and Force Bolt. I think.

@TG: Welp the TK nerf is a bit over the top but if you don't have a kin or if it's 1v1 it's too much to ask you to burn 4 BF's. I'd rather them bring it to two small BF's instead of removing it completely. Still - glad to see it mentioned by a red name and that it's actually going on Test, rather than it just turning up on suddenly in some post-issue patch without warning.
