Kin/Sonic - Post Fulcrum Shift
Hi Arctic,
build doesn't look too bad, I'd probably move some slots around:
Swap a couple from Siphon Power to Siphon Speed as constant double stack of speed will do more to improve your abilities than the power will.
Lose a couple of slots from health, it doesn't do a lot for a low HP squishy really, divert them to get 3 recharge in amplify for example.
Personally, I keep ID and SB at the default slotting until I have attacks 4 slotted ( 1 acc + 3 dam, or some form of IO slotting) and the biggies from Kin 5 or 6 slotted.
On the latter note, I think FS only really needs 5, 2 acc and 3 recharge, and even that is probably overkill on recharge if you have Siphon Speed up. Whereas Transference could benefit from 6 slots, 1 or 2 acc, 2 or 3 recharge, 2 or 3 end mod maybe? depends how you want to use it of course
hth a little

Cheers Bob
I will respec out Health and just put in Swift as I do notice it when the power's not there, and no amount of IO slotting will ever make a squishy able to survive more than a few shots beyond an alpha strike.
Right, must download the Hero/Villain thingy to make sure my respeccing doesn't go in the wrong order.
At least with the extra slots from 31+ I should be in a position to slot up the biggies.

Hmmm, when I look at the build I see some wasted potential for the sake of a more "conservative" playstyle.
I don't know your playstyle preferences, but when I choose a set that allows me to go speed-crazy I go all the way instead of only one half. For that to be the case one needs Hasten and more slots in Siphon Speed. Slots invested there save you some recharge slots in other powers, so it really pays off, especially since you get to spam your most wanted powers like FS. When the team is fast enough (which it should with SB ) you get the benefits of stacked FS most of the time.
On the other hand Siphon Power seems to be overslotted, because after slotting FS it is really a secondary power useful more for debuffing tough enemies than anything else. (Most of your team will probably be at the damage cap anyway.)
And one additional thing about going speed-crazy: Hover. As soon as you have established your "combat speed" with multiple applications of Siphon Speed it's the ultimate form of movement which allows you to be right there just above the action (and it saves that slot for KB protection).
If it has eyes, you can blind it, if it has blood, you can make it bleed, if it has a mouth, you can make it scream.
Take the slots out of Health, when you have transfusion you really won't need the +regen!
Hover is a very useful tool for a Kineticist, especially after a siphon speed. As has also been said, ID doesn;t really need the ext5ra slots, IMO it's duration is to short to give any useful Dam Res and is far better used as a mez removal tool. Wish it worked against sleep though!

Sleep is easy to deal with, chuck a Transfusion at the ppl asleep and the heal wakes them up.
heres my take on the build :P hope it helps

I agree with what the others have said and you should also consider taking Maneuvers instead of Assault (which is useless after Fulcrum) because it gives you more slots for defence IO sets. Kin is a lot about +rechg, so look for sets which give you this bonus (perma-Hasten is nice). I usually don't put more than 2 slots into SB, it's really all the +recov you need for your team-mates. And yes, definitely take Hasten and Hover!
Have fun!

I can only make suggestions for the Kinetics side of the equation. To answer the level 32 question, I would cut siphon power, fulcrum shift ( 2acc, 1end, 3recharge), is more than enough. I would go all out on re-charge inc hasten and six slotting siphon speed ( 2acc, 1end, 3recharge), it actually fits into my attack chain, as well as fulcrum shift. I would also 1 slot speed boost and IR, and ID (1 recharge in each).
Swift, Hurdle, Stamina Check
Hasten, Super Speed, IR Check (a great way to get around)
Leadership - ??
Sonic Attacks Who cares, no one will notice your damage output they will be screaming SB please
@Boy Wonder
Quantum Flash - Ill/Kin Controller
Leader of the Legion of Heroes
Hello all - I have finally achieved 32 (34 in fact but this post is about Fulcrum Shift's effect on my build).
I am scared witless about respeccing anything because the powers I have chosen have kept me and my various team members more than alive through the relatively quick rise to the mid 30s.
I'm not so concerned about the /Sonic aspect of the build - although I have opted for Single Target attacks and wouldn't mind some advice on whether I should be going for the cones etc as a tiny aside.
Here follows my build in all its glory (so far), although not in the order taken as I was hoping I could have some additional input with that! :
Kinetics
***
Transfusion - 6 slots (inc 4 Triage)
Siphon Power - 6 slots
Siphon Speed - 3 slots
Increase Density - 3 slots (inc 1 AEGIS Knockback Protection and 2 Steadfast Protections)
Speed Boost - 3 slots
Inertial Reduction - 1 slot
Transference - 5 slots (inc 1 Efficacy Adaptor)
Fulcrum Shift - 6 slots
Sonic Attack
Shriek - 3 slots
Scream - 3 slots
Amplify - 1 slot
Shout - 3 slots
Fitness
Hurdle - 1 slot
Health - 3 slots
Stamina - 3 slots
Leadership
Assault - 1 slot
Tactics - 1 slot
Vengeance - 3 slots
***
The IOs are basically ones I've picked up and decided to run with (yes I got a knockback protection as a drop)
Thoughts and advice VERY welcome, as I don't want to play my lil Kin until I'm sure his build is up to scratch.
PS - This is a PvE build - I have no intention of PvPing with this character.
