What Epic should I go for as a Rad Sonic Defender?
PvP: Psionic
PvE: Any. My personal choice would be Dark Mastery.

Most likely seen playing Abigail in Black or Abigail in White
All Epic Pools are decent. From Electric Mastery you'll get Thunderstrike (paired with LR and Sonic -res you should get a decent amount of damage), S/L + Energy armor, ST immob and Power Sink (quite handy to recover your Endurance once in a while, but it doesn't make Stamina skipable).
If you need more information about the Epics, check this guide. Some numbers might be out of date but overall it's pretty much the same.

Mmmm, is there any other Epic Pool for defenders other than Dark Mastery?

And yes I rate it above the others for PvE
