In an ideal world, everyone would have 2+ cm's and pb forted. But that ofc isn't possible. By one solo empath.

Keeping an 8 man team up, solo, while keeping buffs fresh on an Empath is [censored] annoying. This is one of the reasons most teams will go with Two Emp's, or an emp and a sonic, or throw in some thermals too.
It's because of the extra buff power, not just the heals. Two emps mean each Empath looks after 4 people instead of 7 in the fight etc... This is how it should be.
I'm not in favour of nerfing CM - especially not it's duration, definitely not with the cast/rooting on it. Clarity is much faster than CM.. Yes, it can be a bit unbalanced in small team fights - but that goes for all +Mez Prot powers on both sides of the Hero/Villain divide.
Swap some powers around on a Sonic Corrupter so they get Clarity at 26 instead of 35 and you're good to go I think.
TK though, should be nuked with two BF's I think. This'd bring it in line with other +Repel and ease to negate, seeing as things like Force Bubble and Hurricane's +Repel is broken to hell.

EDIT: Also you can notice that although the builder doesnt show the defense through slotting that HO in game it works just fine as you can see from my slotting which is same as in the builder. CLICKY

I keep thinking they'll fix it, like with Inventions and the new Debuff sets... but then, they don't.
They'll probably just lower the values so they give the same +Def. =\
There is a very simple way to counter tk, and its name is tp. So I'm utterly against a nerf of tk.
But I think it would be a good idea to up :
- smash/letal sets, which are over resisted by every at in the game
- secondary effects of certain sets, which are over resisted in pvp, like knockback and knockup
- defensive armors, which are still much less effective than resistant ones, despite the up of defense.
We need "flyers" as such to control in a pvp zone!
Surely it wouldnt be THAT hard to do? You click on the "flyer" and then shape shift into that form, while shapshifted you gain access to say 6 new powers but unable to use your own.
Basically like the kheldians shapeshifting
I wouldnt want them powerful or anything though, just something to add the fun back into pvp

A RV revamp now that heavies thingie has proven to be a failure would be great
Make PvP Zones, PvP Zones. Remove the majority of NPCs, Give us a level 50 FFA where heroes can team with villains, do the same to warburg. Revamp Recluse's Victory. Remove most NPCs from Siren's call, except the ones that are making the fights to control the zone. Fix the bases. At Warburg stalkers can easily go infront of heroes' hospital. At Siren's call heroes can snipe the villains from inside of base from various positions. Remove the heavies from RV totally, and make the level 54 bosses (turrets) level 50. REWARDS. Get the reputation to 20.000 or more.

You may want to add the TK falling bug that prevents people from even being able to use inspirations.
Also, the TK bug that causes the client of the person being TK'd to think they are farther away from the TK'er than they really are, or that they are behind an object when they really aren't. This causes the person being TK'd to get "Out of range" or "Target obstructed" messages, which allows the TK'er to attack without retribution.

i think people would pvp a lot more if "debt" didnt happen sometimes in pvp zones, like SC for instance.. it really scares off any newcoming PvP'er. so im in for removing maybe not ALL npcs, but quite a few of em imo.

Yep, maybe the cross-server arenas (or zones) would be really the first place where to start.
