Problem with the log in

Chazz, instead of posting the exception, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSoft\Launcher and look for a file called "NCApplicationLogXXX" where XXX is a number. Find the largest number, and post the contents of that one. It'll say what the launcher was trying to do when it failed.

I can log in but when I select the server the launcher error message pops up.

I can log into the game but I get a wrong client error message when I try to get on my server. I cannot get the launcher to patch.

The launcher does say: "requesting patch" but then jumps on to "next" without downloading anything.

I'm having the same problem. I keep getting "Wrong game version, run patcher and reconnect, server 2010.201105021815.1, client 2010.201104210057.1"

I'm getting that same error. No idea how to correct it.

Well I'm not getting any kind of error message but since the file verify on the 3rd ( i think it was the 3rd) I have not been able to load the game since.
I click on play and the load bar pops up,loads then goes away like normal. But no game pops up at all. After a few attempts i check the system process and see 5 CoH.exe running in the background but no game is displayed.
Ive rebooted several times, repaired the file for the game and even did a system defrag thinking maybe that some of the file got lost somewhere but still nothing.

i can get into the login and password screen then allways hangs and that good old popup screen check firewall (checked all fine) server down (checked server status all ok)

been away form game for like 2 weeks come back to this new stuff,
do i have to download again new ??
checked account paid till jan with 1600 vip points

just about to give up

This seems to be something new affecting EU accounts. They are looking into it. There is a thread further down that is discussing this issue (not the old issue this thread was for).

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Since the beginning of month I am getting Login issues exponential each week.. I am now at 3 all day failures /7 days.
I am in US and on US. At first it was the server error mesage similar to those previous listed here.
Now I simply cannot enter anything to log in...the ID/PW and login button are all grayed.
Do I get time back?

Why both erVIP...if I was free I wouldnt care..so waht if I dont get rewards anymore...freebs dont get em...so wahy if I cant log in? I am not putting any money out.
I guess if 60% of player population isnt suffrering they dont =give a $h97 anymore?

In a pile of tickets the second biggest in inablility to use LFG. I am regretting coming back and nauseated over every penny I spent this year on this game I could have saved for another.
