What I want from pvp :o - New Server thing xD

I thought about something like that before. I really want it though XD
Put it in the suggestions forum! Naow!
Three things:
1) General Community not big enough to warrant this.
2) PvP Community even smaller.
3) There'd then have to be an official roleplay server to make it fair, and I'd spend all my time on it making cat girl jokes. So I'd never get to PvP. 
How would accolades, IOs, HOs work?

Why number 3?
You don't need a specific server just for RP - just stand around wasting your time on the normal server. Just because one group gets something they want doesn't mean that all groups should - or that no groups should get anything at all because the RP'ers will feel left out.
What the OP suggested was a change a new server with changes to the zones and the zone rules. What different conditions would RP'ers want thatn don't exist on the servers as they are at the moemnt? They are free to stand around and talk rubbish in almost any zone.

If we're seriously talking about specific servers for specific communities or aspects of communities, then yes, I can imagine a Role Play server would be somewhat requested.
Maybe add some new features with NPC's or at least have somewhat enforced roleplay code a bit like WoW's roleplay server where you'll get in trouble if you try and grief a roleplay session or spam /ooc etc...

I've played GW (still do occasionally).
There's this RP server thingy and there's the PvP server thingy.
The moment you step on the PvP thingy and make a new character "DING!" Instand level 20.
"Ow look, I've got all these nifty powers!"
*clicks random icons, team dies* "OOPS" 
So, back to the issue at hand.
Seperate PvP/RP server? NOT gonna happen! 
As many said before, too little community and even less RP/PvP people (I for one hardly PvP).

Yes but because you don't pvp alot of us do, and the reason the pvp community seems so small is because we're always grinding to 50 so we can pvp better, but we can't pvp straight away because we need to earn loads and loads of inf to make our builds good, and by the time you've done that your sick to death of the toon and you want to make a new one to pvp with thats even more 'ubarr' ^^

Oh really, thanks for that stereotyping, I guess I can also assume that all PvPers are illiterate [censored] who use lol instead of punctuation marks.
I love PvP and I love RP, I think the reason that there is no official RP server in CoH is that they did not want to get all the trouble such a server would have, that said they could have gone the WoW way to it and just not enforce anything on it.
PvP servers where not created because when the servers came to be, there wasn't even any PvP in the game, since the server traffic numbers never warranted new servers I doubt much thought was ever given to creating one.
For me the solution to the empty PvP zones is to create a system like WoW, where the PvP zones are not linked to one server but all servers, this is probably something that requires a lot of effort on the developers part, but if they pull it off, it will be a huge boost.

Now that would be grand, and would be even grander if instead of limiting it to the zones, inter server arena action could take place too

Right so I was chatting about how I find leveling on this game boring, because all I want to do is pvp, and try builds etc.
So my idea wasss ....

much like we have atm but on a pvp only server.
