If you didn't do that last night, I can help you for this one with Beloved of Apollo, lvl 21 Rad/A defender. As i only play with him on V6 nights he is free for 2 weeks.

Unfortunately Knightly I did manage to start the solo TF last night, thanks to some very generous people.
I will be looking to do Synpase's, Citadel's and Numina's after this one, and I would really appreciate your assistance.

Using a lvl 44 (not that that counts in a TF) MA/Regen Scrapper known as Morphius. TF going really well so far, done 10 of the 14 so far, so should be looking to get past the 13th tonite and then I'll start contacting the other members of the team to see if they want the badge

I am looking to start the Synapse's TF this Monday,9pm in Skyway, looking to do most of it solo, but if you want to contribute to it during the week your more than welcome. I aim to be at the final mission on Sunday, 19th August, at 7pm.
If you would like to help please be there or be square! The more Shivans and Nukes the better as I hear the AV is a bit of a pest to apprehend.

Question: How do you plan on soloing the AV? Yes, a large number of reds will help you deal enough damage, but remember that the AV will also do a lot of damage. Clamour, I think, uses Radiation Blast moves and a powerful claw swipe.
Try get some screens or a video even. I'd like to see how you manage such a feat.

do'h, can most of the TF's be solo'd fully then. I'm just getting back to the game, the free weekend drew me back as i'd been thinking bout it for ages.
So if someone won't be using an alt for an evening, then can log in, start the tf with you, then log off and you can play it on your own. Anything else needed, or as long as they are joined but offline you can go right the way through?
i don't mind teaming, but really prefer solo'ing, and been playing a lot late at night where getting teams for tf's has proven difficult so far.
I want to to positron/sister/numina to get the accolade as being a regen it will help a lot. are they all fairly solo'able? whats the situation with TF's, being exemped down and the player not being close, only works with tf's at your own level?
Tbh, in my mind its only Positron TF that is easily soloable...simply because of the fact that there's no AV at the end of that one, I personally think that solo'ist struggle on AVs because you never really have a decent balance of Damage and DeBuffs...I'm probably wrong, but I see either a MM, Rad Def or Rad Corr being able to solo them...but would probably need Nukes, Shivs, Amy Johnson and any other temps avalible, just my thoughts btw...no real evidence.
As for exemplaring down...for the TFs, it'll auto exempt you down to the max lvl for that particular TF...i.e Synapse is lvl16-20 afaik, so you be exempt down to lvl20. Player distance doesn't effect the exempt rule....you'll stay at the exempt lvl till the bond is broken, it even works through different zones.
Errm, I just tried it with a couple nice random people who logged in an alt for me, but as soon as they logged out the task force was dropped for me. is there anything else i need to do to make sure i can keep going on it? make sure i have no missions? had a couple left to do, do'h.

If everyone else quits the team after you start then the TF will be disbanded. They should be able to log out and as long as they don't quit the team you can continue the TF.

hmm, not sure if they quit the team or just logged out, will have to try again. gonna take a break for the footie now, anyone wants to meet me at 6ish leave a message here or send a tell in game. solo'd the level 40 vanguard missions on, whatever the second highest difficulty is, keep forgeting what they are called. last mission with 2 elite bosses was a pain in the butt. wiped once because was in a fight with one with reinforcements turning up then the 2nd elite showed. when i got back i fought them separately. was fun.
get them to turn their internet off while ingame, the TF will carry on and when they load CoH back up they can log in as someone else

Just a little reminder about starting Synapses TF tonight at about 9pm BST. Ill meet all you interested at the contact and take it from there. I am aiming to do the final mission on Sunday 19th August at 7pm and would greatly appreciate as much help as possible from those that participate.
I may also start doing the TFs with my alts, and am thinking of starting and completing the missions on the same day
say start at 2pm and then meet up about 4pm to do the final mission

With regards to some comments, your totally right I cant do the AV at the end of most of the TFs, even with Shivans and a Nuke. I try and keep the peoples handles so that I can contact them when it comes to the final mission to arrange for a final showdown with the AV.
Ive only done one TF where I solod most of it, and the game takes that into account with regards to the enemies that you face, well it seems like that. You only face the amount of baddies, where you enter the map, that a one person mission would involve if youre the only toon online that enters the map, twice as many baddies if there are two of you and so on.
Exemping down during the TF: You can go to PvP zones and you get lvld up to that zones lvl, but that is the only way to change in your lvl AFAIK. I've done it, gone to Warburg and Bloody Bay to get the temp powers, which are highly recommended for the AV.
Teaming TF: when I talk about solo TFs I mean peoples toon, usually an alt, stay in the TF but they log on other toons they have during the TF time. They remain in the TF until the amount of toons goes below the lvl needed for the TF or the TF is completed.
I hope this clears up some points and Ill hopefully see some of you tonight.

Looking to do Sister Psyche TF solo on my scrapper. Will be doing it over a few days or so....and need 2 willing people to help me with alts...
Once the TF is up and running, need participants to remain on TF but offline...so anyone that has an alt that they are not using at the moment, would be perfect. Intend to do majority of it over the next few days, then remainder on Sunday...so the tied up alt...could be free by next week....!
Looking to form the TF tonight at 9pm BST time...Will need your help for 2 minutes tops to start it, then you can continue with other things...
