Well, I have already planned a build for an ill/kin troller. I am a total n00b on trollers, my highest is a 21 earth/rad and my second highest is this toon at lvl 11 hence this build has been made from total ignorance of the AT and the sets. Please feel free to rip it to shreds.

Dont Slot SB with Run Speed, the increased speed unehanced makes enough people complain about it as is, and especially as a troller primary by the time you get it most people will not need assistance travelling. Instead use the Slot for a third EndMod.

Also Siphon Speed you can cut it down to 3 slots using IO sets to get recharge/accuracy and some decent slow out of it.

Also I personally would 6 slot Fulcrum Shift with 3RechRdx and 3 Acc

And if you can also another slot in Transference couldnt go awry.

Note that the Jump in ID is not passed to other people, onlyh yourself, it has a 60 sec recharge and activation time, so perhaps a recharge would be better (as I have it) to be able to recast without it running out.

Other than that it does look very good, apart from PowerPools and Anciallry Pool its very close to my level 50 ill/kin

I'd try and take Haste too (take at 30 maybe) &amp; combined with Accuracy &amp; Recharge in Siphon Speed you'll have PAs up lots (which is what you want, best power in the game IMO, although I haven't gotten Fulcrum myself yet).

I'd swap Deceive &amp; Recall Friend too, Deceive is super in the early game when you're stuck soloing.

Your PAs don't benefit from the Leadership pool, I'd drop for Psychic Tornado, it plus FS will be an evil combo altogether.

If you're focusing more on teams you may get more from Leadership though. I tend to end up wanting to blast things by the 40s so I'm biased

I'd be tempted to change that EndRdx for another Acc, nothing is worse than missing! End shouldn't be too much of a problem either, with the amount of AM on the megateam.

Alternatively you could go for a ranged damage set which would give you good accuracy, 3 SOs worth of damage and decent recharge and endrdx if you mix and match a bit.

hey - I have a lvl 50 Illusionist and while PA is fantastic, it doesn't have the all round utility of a number of other powers in game - vs AVs etc, it really shines but there are other powers that are more consistently awesome.
