Unless they changed it then both of them going off will cause a 40% damage debuff. And if you have another set ready to go you could get 80%

Its 15% apiece for MMs. Red Tomaxes site only lists the Corrupters values as far as I know (under Pets).

MMs buffs are 3/4 of Corrupters.

Ah. I read the "load of old traps" guide on the US forums today and forgot it was in the corruptor section of the board
15% is still sweet though, especially when you can stack it up to 60% in some cases!

Just been looking on the American boards. You're right, apparently MM & Corrupter Traps are actually the exact same (hence no listing for MM versions on Red Tomaxes site). They never did MM specific versions of the Traps set pets so the bonuses are as you said (up to -80% damage. Yikes!!)

Good news for trap MM's!
I do think corruptor traps need a bit of extra oomph though since MM's have the option of attacking while laying traps.

Just cranked my occasionall Mastermind up to 22.

Id appreciate some advice on how to slot Enforcers.

I was contemplating Acc / TOHit Buff / Dam / Dam / Def / Def, but any thoughts?

I am planning on playing fairly tough rep, so I will need Acc x 2 SO, or Acc / To Hit Buff. Its whether to go Dam x3 and Def x1, or Dam x2, and Def x2?

Anyone know the base figures for Enforcers To hit buff and Def buff?

I would consider slotting enforces leadership a bit to stack with FFG and any leadership powers you pick up yourself. I havent tried it though so hopefully someone with experience of those sets can give better advice.

Tactics: +3%
Maneuvers: +7.5% (these are per Enforcer)

So clearly, it's better to slot the Defense part. With SOs I used 1 Acc 2 Def_Buf 3 Damage but I was also running Tactics. Once you get to 47, you can slot 3 Cytos which give you +Tht +Def EndRdx and Def_debuf (because of the defense bug) then some acc/dmg (either Nucleolus or pet set IOs). Also make sure to get both pet unique IOs (+res and +def, wouldn't bother with the taunt/placate one unless you PvP). Oh, and make sure to team with other Thugs since the Leadership buffs stack .

Acid mortar takes ranged IOs which means lots of goodies
The mortar on my traps corruptor has 20% chance to hold,10% chance to heal 5% hp and a 5% chance of build up.
These go off every 10 secs and the mortar lasts 60 secs,see where I am going with this
My mortar held the AV tree in the respec TF,was awesome seeing a disco electric bubble around it
With regard to other traps powers for MM's only one I aint keen on is detonator,all others are awesome including seekers which are unreal for taking an alpha strike,pulling mobs,etc

Have they changed this recently? I checked the acid mortar on my MM,as this sounded like a nice idea, but it only says it takes Targeted AoE sets.

afaik it should be target-aoe, as it does hit more then 1 mob (if close).

yesterday i reached 38 with my traps, detonator is lovely

And what does detonator do, exactly? Does your thug rush in with dynamite strapped to him like a suicide bomber? Does the explosion get bigger depending on the pet level you sacrifice?

I have never taken this power and am curious.

With regard to the rest of the thread...Acid Mortars, Poison Traps, calrops and Seeker Drones ftw!

Bots, zombies instant detonate destroying pet, like a mini-nuke.

Merc, thugs and ninja try to plant a bomb like tripmine with a very short timer. They can survive it however.
