How do I build A Base teleporter Please

1. You need the basic workbench (in workshop)
2. Assuming its a tech teleporter you need to create 6 pieces of Tech Power refined salvage on the basic workbench.
3. in the "All" coloumn on the basic workbench near the bottom of you will see the teleporter recipe. click on "create" in that and you have your teleporter!
4. the teleprter will be available in the "add personal item" section you see on entering the baae.

And what salvage do you need for the arcane ones?
You'll need 6 Mystic Foci to build a basic Arcane Telepad.

Just a point worth a mention, forget using arcane as your main salvage choice, stick to tech, you will get a lot more of it

On a related note, I have recently moved all my alts out of the SG I have been with for a while as I have started my own. Its just a small group, mainly a backstory/RP thing for my own alts rather than functinal just now. It will build up slowly over time.
My old SG base was all techy, my own is gonna be arcane. I presume the arcane TP pads are portal type things?
Also, I assume that a TP pad made on a forge is gonna look arcane and one from a workbench will be tech and there are no options around this?

Yes, yes and yes. Not a lot of choice when it comes to teleporters im afraid.

Gonna take me a while to get things sorted for the base though. I LOVE the editor though, so many options it is just brilliant

I'm trying to get a teleporter for the sg base but frankly i need a total idiots guide if at all possible.
so far I have created a teleport room but thats it I must confess to being totally clueless from that point on.
I understand I need to get some sort of work bench and use salvage somehow but frankly that's the total of my knowledge.
A step by step guide to building a teleporter would be a fantastic help.
hope someone can help me here
