But farming them outside on PI is just as fast, I think.

Yeah but it's so much easier fighting lower level MIs. I've been trying to get them in PI but it's a very slow process, whereas in COV we got a team of 8 in a mission and we managed to get about 15 MI's and just killed decoys in no time.
Well, let me know if you can't get a lower level mission, and I'll help you farm them in PI.

I'm still keeping the mission. Got around 75% of the badge in roughly an hour, so I guess it's worth saving . Besides, I got way too many alts that could do with the badge too ^^
I could always work on this with my alts if you need a hand still guys, though I will need SK'ing.
