I think the last thing on my checklist now is making sure we have adequate numbers in all fields. Just a team of 8 on monster patrol, and a sufficient number of PA's being dropped and co-ordinated well. Also the main mito group needs to have a good amount of people in there; should go fine though. And I'd just like to thank everyone here on the forums who's shown an interest in the raid here, you people are what make a Hamidon Raid special; and a thank you should go to Hidden Healer, who kindly is helping me lead aswell. I believe he will be giving most of the details over on request, and any security/formation issues will be covered via request by me.

K, I didn't say that you weren't in on the monster team 100%, I strongly reccomend you come along to the raid anyway, I'll have a list of reserves for the monster team; you and Leese will go straight at the top of the list So don't think you're not in the team, there still is a pretty good chance.

If you were a blaster last time, how did you get the kill as the holding phase is limited to Controllers holds with support from Rad Defenders?
lag is an issue on Hami raids and the guide fleshes out the reasoning for limiting the hold phase to Controllers where numbers allow.

Iirc last time they had all AT's except Tankers/Scrappers doing holds.
TBH the Blaster ranged holds are just as good as Defender ranged holds. (Example: Tesla Cage's durations/recharge and MaG are identical) - Carnie's Hold comparison has all the details.
I would draw the line at Scrapper and Tanker Epic holds though, and Kheldian ones suck too
(The PB one in particular is has too short a duration, and the animation is too flashy)

Yes can be very streeful when other people at the raid try and do your job and jump in and pull a load of monsters. Although Krunch, Hax is a good scrapper and would suit the monster team well, we do need alot of people clearing the mito's.

Flush- Defender
Blonde Justice- Tanker
Krunch- Scrapper
Red Noise- Defender
Leese- Scrapper
Black Mage- Defender
Now with the information I recieved from Mael about what his sonic/sonic defender can do, along with Flush's awesome buffs, along with the tankers and scrappers and blaster doing their thing, we should be all fine and dandy monster wise. I think with the addition of a sonic cage we'll be able to add in some fresh tactics, along with all the lovely -res
Sorry, Captain, you'd better count me out of the monster team. Things have changed RL and I can't say for sure I'll be there. Take someone else and if I make it I'll go for mitos.

dont know if this helps you guys, but we have found over on Union that after the bud drop is over, that our raid group is auto swarmed in aggroe'd GM's, without players actually doing any aggro!
can you let us know if this happens at your raid too?
