BS/SR scrapper for PvP
BS attacks have quite a slow recharge rate, so you're going to be struggling to get a decent attack chain without slotting some sort of recharge into your 3 attacks, Quickness or not. I'd suggest an extra recharge into each attack if you can.

@Miss Chief
Attack slotting looks good and the build itself is at least passable!
From my experiences with Parry/Divine Avalance in PvP, you'll never get a chance to use it unless you're literally going Toe-to-Toe with another scrapper, a brute or a tank. In open zone pvp this will almost never happen, you'll be chasing people instead. I'd consider dropping it for Whirling Sword or Slice.
I'd swap swift for hurdle and at least two-slot it, so that you get your 'Super jump' at the speed cap.
Tactics doesn't need the tohit buffs, the bonus is useless for scrappers so you'll only use it combined with Focussed Senses for the +perception. Put them into Build Up instead or as EndReds in your SR toggles.
Unless you want to be a "Stalker Hunter", taking 'Aid Self' will benefit you more than taking Assault/Maneuvers + Tactics. You could also consider Hasten to improve your attacks' recharge (since they're slotted for EndRed).
I would like to start out by saying thanks for telling me that I don't need to slot tactics with tohit buffs. Saves some slots which I sorely need for my other powers. I like the idea of 'maxing' my travelpower in terms of speed since, as you put it Maelwys, much of the time I'm probably chasing the villain. Tactics stays. I like the fact that I can change the roles a bit and be the one chasing Stalkers and not the other way around.
I haven't tried Parry in PvP yet, but I think I'll keep it in the build, for no other reason than its usefulness in PvE.
About slotting attack powers for recharge, I find it difficult to replace my acc, dmg, and endred slots. I think I definately need 2 acc enh. in order to hit fairly consistent in PvP. 3 dmg enh. to max each attacks dmg (feels that is a must aswell, might be wrong). Finally the 1 endred enh. cause BS attacks uses a lot of end., and with SR as my secondary with all its toggles (I'm gonna be running with 5-6 toggles at all times, phew), I'm destined to be chewing end. faster than I can realize.
So this is my new build where I have tried to incorporate some of the ideas you guys have given me:

You could have asked me m8
if you do want to have tactics i'd say: Take Maneuvers at lvl 18, tactics at lvl 24 and dogde in 26, cuz then you can do superb in bloody too.. But thats IMO
Danes FTW
Hi m8. Yeah go Danes
Thx for that little extra input. Always nice to to be able to see stalkers in Bloody Bay aswell.
quickness earlier imo :P love that power...
anywho, brawler wants 3 slots, overlapping stacked PB nicer than 1
tbh, id go with swift over hurdle as u have SJ and slotting hurdle if u dont got the CJ + SS combo, to me, aint worth it
but thats just me
Well this is the build Speedblade is going for. It is both PvE and PvP oriented, so it doesent have tactics, but you could switch slice and whirling sword with maneuvers and tactics if you want.. Here goes:

For lv50 PvP you just need 3 attacks (hack, disembowel and headsplitter) if you go with FA. With FA you can slot all your attacks 1 acc 3 dmg 2 rech, and provided the long animation time in broadsword, you will always have one of the powers recharged. You don't need lucky or evasion, as the amount of powers rated as AoE is minimal, but you do need endrdx on your toggles, unless 2 on each, 3 when possible.
Nevertheless, my bet would be weapons epics, along with fear pool and tp (foe), thus having speed, tp, fear and medicine pools. Few things are as effective as casting fear on a squishie, throwing down caltrops at his feet, and pwning him while he tries to run away in slow motion
Well as i said this build was BOTH PvP AND PvE intended... So its a matter of taste and up to one to decide whether if you want to JUST PvP or PvE..
In my opinion there's not such pve/pvp build, but who wants excellence?

This is a big universal truth. No such thing as PvE/PvP build.

From my experience with my own BS/SR I will say parry is used all the time in fights, the def buff is awesome and its a great chain filler, I have stood in amongst 5-6 stalkers grabbing a parry buff of one, getting placated then grabbing one of another while whittling them down getting accused of being in elude.
AOE scrapper attacks in zonal combat are a waste, certainly in the broadsword set
slotted parry (double stacked, it doesnt triple stack) coupled with your sheilds will give 80% def in melee which is better than base elude, I cannot recommend parry enough

um this is a very interesting strategy to say the least, so we have speed, tp, prescence and medicine pools......arent we forgetting about stamina?
i think you would prefer to roll a /dev blaster

Dev blasters are da bombs and have inherent chalga power.

this is wrong, people think AOE is just AOE when its not, its AOE and Cones. Some corrupters have 75% aoe/cone attacks in their primaries and most have 50%, same with dominators. Before getting your aoe/cone def (its the same) in sirens call you will be hit by fearsome stare virtually 100% of the time as you have no def to it. A smart controller would just spam the aoe immob and bypass your def untill you were locked down etc
Ignoring your aoe/cone defence is a mistake

and doesn't lucky also give some extra against secondary effects of attacks like end drains, also you might wanna consider swapping manuvers for assualt, gives placate resistance which means should be shifting the effects of placate a bit quicker.

Lolz yeah, I'd have to skip either tp foe or fear, got messed as my broadsword is regen
Hi guys and girls.

After experiencing how bad my main toon (Jaerven) acts in PvP land, I've decided to make a new scrapper designed for PvP only. Only problem is that I*ve never really done much PvP before so would very much like some pointers. I have made a build, where I try to focus on single target attacks and high defense, since most encounters (for me that is) has mainly been 1 on 1.
I would very much like to hear from seasoned PvP'ers what the think of the build. I have incorporated Tactics into the build, cause I've heard that that would help me see those damn stalkers!
My build also only goes to level 32 since I would mainly have him fight in Sirens Call.
Here is the build, feel free to comment
