I would like to start out by saying thanks for telling me that I don't need to slot tactics with tohit buffs. Saves some slots which I sorely need for my other powers. I like the idea of 'maxing' my travelpower in terms of speed since, as you put it Maelwys, much of the time I'm probably chasing the villain. Tactics stays. I like the fact that I can change the roles a bit and be the one chasing Stalkers and not the other way around.
I haven't tried Parry in PvP yet, but I think I'll keep it in the build, for no other reason than its usefulness in PvE.
About slotting attack powers for recharge, I find it difficult to replace my acc, dmg, and endred slots. I think I definately need 2 acc enh. in order to hit fairly consistent in PvP. 3 dmg enh. to max each attacks dmg (feels that is a must aswell, might be wrong). Finally the 1 endred enh. cause BS attacks uses a lot of end., and with SR as my secondary with all its toggles (I'm gonna be running with 5-6 toggles at all times, phew), I'm destined to be chewing end. faster than I can realize.

Hi guys and girls.
After experiencing how bad my main toon (Jaerven) acts in PvP land, I've decided to make a new scrapper designed for PvP only. Only problem is that I*ve never really done much PvP before so would very much like some pointers. I have made a build, where I try to focus on single target attacks and high defense, since most encounters (for me that is) has mainly been 1 on 1.
I would very much like to hear from seasoned PvP'ers what the think of the build. I have incorporated Tactics into the build, cause I've heard that that would help me see those damn stalkers!
My build also only goes to level 32 since I would mainly have him fight in Sirens Call.

I think this would be an overall ok build since I mainly PvE anyways. Now I just need to find a teammate who has kinetics and is around lvl 9 so we can lvl up together. -

Changing the order of rooted and taunt is something I've been thinking of myself, so I might just do that.
The thing about combat jumping shutting rooted off I didn't know. If that is the case I will certainly NOT take combat jumping at lvl 49. Any suggestions on what to take instead?
To answer you Cognito, the reason I want to take Superspeed is to spice up my travelpowers, so I don't have to rely on Teleport all the time (pretty endurance heavy). And I already have slotted Teleport with 2 end enhancement if you look closer at the build.
Taking Boxing and Tough I don't find nescessary, since my resists to lethal/smashing in Granite will already be around 98% with Stoneskin 3 slotted. So Tough would only help me if I wanted to play a lot of the time with only Rock Armor and Mineral Armor on, which is not the case. But thanks for the input though. -

I've tried to make some alterations to the build in order to implement some of your suggestions. I've also added combat jumping at lvl 49 instead of grant invisibility, since it provides me with more defense. And defense is good.

In mudpots there is a vacant slot, which is reserved for an acc enhancement, but since my hero planner cannot slot acc in mudpots I just left it empty.
Finally I would like to hear if you think this build is playable from lvl 1 through 50, or is it more a respec kind of build? -
This is my first go at playing a tank, so I would like to hear seasoned tankers ideas and meanings on this build.
