Would this be a viable Stone/SS build?
Your aura can effect 10 with taunt and taunt can effect 5, i'd 2 rechg your attacks before secondary effects like disdur and taunt because your gauntlet may effect what your aura and taunt are effecting adequately enough anyway. If in granite your waiting on attacks then your slotting for gauntlet from them is canceled out and you have less chance to use the secondary effect also.

the damage component can miss so acc it, damage stacks with taunt so 3 damage slots is good a yaunt slot in addition will also be good.

very late, in all ways, jab wouldnt of been looked at for slots due to this if it was me.
Your slotting choices is though your more towards damage dealing than being survivable.

dmg and taunt stack so ya may aswell minus fight duration with a rechg instead of taunt, that way you gauntlet more often and give as good dps as you can reasonably offer.

I've tried to make some alterations to the build in order to implement some of your suggestions. I've also added combat jumping at lvl 49 instead of grant invisibility, since it provides me with more defense. And defense is good.

In mudpots there is a vacant slot, which is reserved for an acc enhancement, but since my hero planner cannot slot acc in mudpots I just left it empty.
Finally I would like to hear if you think this build is playable from lvl 1 through 50, or is it more a respec kind of build?
I would possibly switch rooted and taunt. Rooted will improve your survivability by a fair bit and mud pots will do a fair job of getting you aggro. Taunt is always nice to have but not much use if you can't survive the aggro. Personal choice really tho.
I 'think' combat jumping will turn off rooted if you use it? I'd rather have Rooted than the little bit of defence CJ provides.
Why going Superspeed?
Personally Id swith Superspeed and Combat Jump for Boxing and Tough. An extra quick recharge attack will always be handy for a Granite tank, and Tough for... well... being tough (er)...
I know some Granite tanks who have slotted Brawl with an accuracy and recharge to maximise on gauntlet but only if you can spare a slot or two.
You may wish to consider Teleport with two end reducers as you may well being using it a lot in combat.
The challenge for Granite tanks is not so much staying alive, but for being worthwhile tanks (i.e. maintaining aggro) with their mobility and recharge problems. In my experience they do very well when things run smoothly, but when things go badly (knockbacks, second spawns, fllying/teleporting enemies) they struggle.

Changing the order of rooted and taunt is something I've been thinking of myself, so I might just do that.
The thing about combat jumping shutting rooted off I didn't know. If that is the case I will certainly NOT take combat jumping at lvl 49. Any suggestions on what to take instead?
To answer you Cognito, the reason I want to take Superspeed is to spice up my travelpowers, so I don't have to rely on Teleport all the time (pretty endurance heavy). And I already have slotted Teleport with 2 end enhancement if you look closer at the build.
Taking Boxing and Tough I don't find nescessary, since my resists to lethal/smashing in Granite will already be around 98% with Stoneskin 3 slotted. So Tough would only help me if I wanted to play a lot of the time with only Rock Armor and Mineral Armor on, which is not the case. But thanks for the input though.

I think this would be an overall ok build since I mainly PvE anyways. Now I just need to find a teammate who has kinetics and is around lvl 9 so we can lvl up together.
id work either stone prison or hurl into the build but preferably stone prison for the useful immob and -fly by removing maneuvers which is too much end points and too low def to be of real value to a stone tank imo.

Just one final question remains answered. Is this a build playable from scratch or is it more something I should respec into later? If so, at what lvl?
